Abstract

Pada pelaksanaan suatu proyek, alat berat memegang peranan penting karena dapat mempermudah dan membantu pekerja dalam menyelesaikan proyek terutama untuk proyek dengan skala besar. Alat berat yang akan digunakan pada suatu proyek harus dianalisa untuk optimalisasi waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan proyek. Peralatan berat yang digunakan pada Tugas akhir ini meliputi alat berat untuk pekerjaan basement dan pekerjaan struktur seperti wheel loader, excavator, dump truck, bore machine, tower crane, concrete pump dan truk mixer. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa kebutuhan pemakaian alat berat meliputi analisa produktivitas alat berat, waktu pelaksanaan dan perhitungan biaya peralatan. Khusus untuk tipe alat berat sudah ditentukan terlebih dahulu..Alat berat yang digunakan pada eksisting yaitu Excavator Caterpillar 320d, Dump Truk Mitshubishi FE 73HD, Wheel Loader Komatsu WF350-3, Bore Pile Machine Kobelco BM500, Tower Crane Tengda TC6018, Concrete Pump IPF90B-5N21, Truk Mixer Hino 7m.3.Waktu pelaksanaan ditentukan dari beban kerja alat dan produktivitas dari peralatan yang digunakan. Sedangkan biaya pelaksanaan yang diperhitungkan adalah biaya sewa, biaya mobilisasi dan demobilisasi, dan biaya operasi seperti bahan bakar, pelumas, dan operator. Dari hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa alat berat yang dibutuhkan yaitu 1 unit Excavator Kobelco SK-200, 12 unit ii Dump Truk Nissan CWA 18T, 1 unit Wheel Loader CAT 950H, 1 unit Tower Crane Potain MC 310 k12, 1 Concrete Pump Zoomlion 36X-5Z, 679 unit Truk Mixer, dan 1 unit Bore Machine Jove JVR 180D. Besarnya biaya penggunaan alat berat tersebut yaitu Rp. 5.888.343.100,00 dengan total waktu penyelesaian yaitu 361 hari =========================================================================== On project implementation, heavy equipment have an important role because it can make it easier and help the workers to complete his work especially for large scale project. Utilization of heavy equipment should be analize to optimized the time and cost . In this research, the heavy equipments are applied to perform basement structure such as wheel loader, excavators, dump trucks, bore machine, tower crane, concrete pump and mixer trucks. This research done to analyze the requirement of the usage of heavy equipment includes the productivity analysis, to calculate the time and the cost. The Specification of heavy equipment has been determined in advance. Heavy equipment is used on existing is Excavators Caterpillar 320d, Dump Truck Mitsubishi FE 73HD, Wheel Loader Komatsu WF350-3, Bore Pile Machine Kobelco BM500, Tower Crane Tengda TC 6018, Concrete Pump IPF90B said MU-5N21, Truck Mixer Hino 7m. The implementation of time determined from the workload of the appliance and the productivity of the company of the equipment that is used. While the cost of the mobilisation and demobilisation, and operating costs such as fuel, lubricants and operator. iv The result of the calculation shows that heavy equipment needed 1 unit Excavators Kobelco SK-200, 12 units Dump Truck Nissan CWA 18T, 1 units of CAT Wheel Loader 950H, 1 unit Tower Crane Potain MC 310 k12, 1 Concrete Pump Zoomlion 36X-5Z, 994 units Truck Mixer and 1 unit Bore Machine Jove JVR 180D. The greatness of the cost of the use of heavy equipment is Rp 5.888.343.100,00 with total time settlement of 361 days
