Abstract

Dalam proses pemuatan (loading) Tandan Buah Sawit (TBS) dinilai masih
terdapat ketidak ergonomisan saat melakukan pekerjaan tersebut, dimana
pekerjaan memuat TBS masih menggunakan alat seadanya dengan proses
tradisonal. Ketidak ergonomisan dari pekerjaan didasari dari keluhan para pekerja
saat mengangkat TBS yang berat, besar dan berduri.
Perancangan sebuah alat bantu mekanisasi dalam memuat TBS dilakukan
dengan pendekatan Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dan Teoriya Resheniya
Izobretatelskikh Zadatch (TRIZ) karena kedua metode ini sangat membantu dalam
memecahkan masalah penelitian. Hasil perancangan dilanjutkan dengan disain
eksperimantal terhadap delapan pekerja untuk mengukur variabel yang diteliti
yaitu: biomekanika, fisiologi, penilaian ergonomi (postur kerja), dan waktu dari
metode kerja yang berlaku saat ini dengan metode kerja saat menggunakan alat
mekanisasi, serta evaluasi kemanfaatan dan behavior safety untuk pencegahan
kecelakaan kerja.
Dari hasil eksperimental, pekerjaan pemuatan TBS dengan menggunakan
alat mekanisasi terdapat penurunan tingkat kelelahan Cardiovascular Load
(%CVL) dan konsumsi energi sebanyak 41%, penurunan beban biomekanik saat
mengangkat TBS sebanyak 43%, eliminasi gerakan atau postur, menurunnya skor
penilaian grup Rapid upper Limb Assessment (RULA) pada masing-masing posisi,
namun terjadi sedikit peningkatan waktu kerja sebanyak 50% dibanding metode
eksisting

In the process of loading Palm Fruit Bunches (FFB) are still considered
non ergonomisan while doing the work, where the work load TBS still using
makeshift tools with traditional processes. Ergonomisan lack of jobs is based on
the complaint of workers while FFB heavy lifting, large and thorny.
Designing a mechanized loading tools TBS carried out with the approach
of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Teoriya Resheniya Izobretatelskikh
Zadatch (TRIZ) because both methods are very helpful in solving research
problems. Results of design followed by design eksperimantal against eight
workers to measure the variables studied were: biomechanics, physiology,
assessment ergonomics (work postures), and the time of working methods current
with working methods when using a mechanized, and the evaluation of benefit and
behavioral safety for the prevention of occupational accidents.
From the experimental results, the work load TBS by using mechanization
there is a decrease in fatigue levels Cardiovascular Load (% CVL) and energy
consumption by 41%, reduction in the burden of biomechanics when lifting FFB
as much as 43%, elimination of movements or postures, decreasing score ratings
group Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) at each position, but there was a
slight increase in working time by 50% compared to existing methods.
