Abstract

Sistem distribusi di era ini sudah akan berpindah ke sistem smart
grids. Apalagi dengan berkembangnya sistem distribusi menggunakan
pembangkit tersebar. Dimana pada kondisi ini sistem disupply oleh
distributed generation dan grid terpisah. Namun demikian, sistem ini
masih memiliki banyak kekurangan dalam hal setting koordinasi
proteksinya. Oleh sebab itu pada tugas akhir ini diusulkan menggunakan
metode pengaman arus lebih yang adaptif, yang memanfaatkan LVQ
(Learning Vector Quantization) neural network untuk mengatasi
kendala tersebut di sistem distribusi mesh. Hasil simulasi akan
ditunjukan melalui aplikasi ETAP 12.6 dan nilai pengolahan data akan
diperoleh dari aplikasi MATLAB. Dari hasil analisis akan menunjukan
bahwa kondisi pengoprasian dapat diidentifikasi dengan tepat. Serta
hasil pengolahan data akan mengklasifikasikan pengaturan waktu
koordinasi proteksi pada sistem dengan tepat sesuai dengan kondisi dan
letak gangguan. Dalam tugas akhir ini akan dibahas penentuan kondisi
dan setting rele secara manual, pembangunan arsitektur jaringan syaraf
tiruan LVQ, dan penghitungan akurasi serta batas toleransi pemodelan
LVQ.

The distribution system in this era will move to a smart grids
system. Moreover, with the development of distribution systems using
distributed generation. Where in these conditions supplied by
distributed generation system and a separate grid. However, this system
still has many shortcomings in terms of coordination of protection
settings. Therefore in this final project proposed using adaptive over
current relay, which utilizes LVQ (Learning Vector Quantization)
neural network to overcome these obstacles in the distribution system
mesh. The simulation results will be shown through the application of
ETAP 12.6 and the value of the data processing will be obtained from
MATLAB applications. From the results of the analysis will show that
the operator of the condition can be properly identified. As well as the
data processing will classify timing coordination with the appropriate
protection to systems in accordance with the conditions and location of
the disturbance.
