Abstract

PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO) Refinery Unit III (RU III) Plaju berencana membangun fasilitas Open Crude Access yang berfungsi memasok minyak ke kilang RU III Plaju melalui fasilitas laut dan darat. Dengan mulai mengecilnya ketersediaan di daerah Sumatera bagian selatan dan Jambi, maka perlu untuk memasok minyak mentah dari sumber lain. Fasilitas Proyek Open Crude Access terdiri atas 3 kegiatan utama, salah satunya pembangunan jetty. Struktur Jetty nantinya akan digunakan untuk menerima minyak mentah dari kapal antara 17.500 hingga 120.000 DWT. Marine Loading Arm / MLA (3 operasi dan 1 stand by), berkapasitas 4 x 2000 m3/h. Jetty akan direncanakan terletak 1,5 km dari pantai Tanjung Katimabongko dengan kedalaman dasar laut 18 meter, dan saluran pipa di atas trestle dari jetty menuju pantai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pola arus, laju sedimentasi, serta perubahan distribusi dasar laut pada wilayah disekitarnya. Pemodelan wilayah tanjung katimabongko menggunakan software yang dikembangkan oleh DHI water and environment yakni Mike21 untuk mensimulasikan pola arus dan distribusi persebaran sedimentasi. Simulasi model dilakukan dengan skenario dari data pasang surut, angin di lapangan sebagai model awal. Perubahan pola arus sebelum dan sesudah pembangunan jetty dengan besar rata-rata kecepatan 0.02 sampai dengan 0.05 m/s. Perubahan laju sedimentasi rerata maksimal sebesar 1.05x10-8 m3/s/m dan sedementasi rerata minimal 6.93x10-9 m3/s/m. Erosi pada area mengakibatkan perubahan dasar morfologi perairan sebesar -0.000945 m pada garis tinjau satu, sedimentasi sebesar 0.000205 m pada garis tinjau dua, dan 0.00167 pada garis tinjau 3. Hasil analisis dari simulasi dapat disimpulkan dengan adanya rencana pembangunan jetty pada Tanjung Katimabongko tidak berdampak besar pada kondisi perairan dan morfologi.

As crude oil supply began to shrink in the southern Sumatra and Jambi regions, it was necessary to supply crude oil from other sources. The Open Crude Access Project Facility consists of 3 main activities, one of which is the construction of a jetty. The Jetty structure will be used to receive crude oil from ships between 17,500 and 120,000 DWT. Marine Loading Arm / MLA (3 operations and 1 stand by), with a capacity of 4 x 2000 m3 / h. The jetty will be planned to be located 1.5 km from the coast of Tanjung Katimabongko with a seabed depth of 18 meters, and a pipeline above the trestle from the jetty to the beach. The purpose of this study is to analyze current patterns, sedimentation rates, and changes in seabed distribution in the surrounding area. Modeling of the Katimabongko area uses software developed by DHI water and environment namely Mike21 to simulate current patterns and distribution of sedimentation distribution. Model simulations are carried out with scenarios from tidal data, wind in the field as the initial model. Changes in current patterns before and after the construction of the jetty with an average speed of 0.02 to 0.05 m / s. Changes in the maximum mean sedimentation rate of 1.05x10-8 m3 / s / m and a minimum average sedimentation of 6.93x10-9 m3 / s / m. Erosion in the area resulted in changes in water morphology base of -0,000945 m on line one, sedimentation of 0,000205 m on line two, and 0.00167 on line 3. The analysis results from the simulation can be concluded with the existence of a jetty development plan at Tanjung Katimabongko on aquatic and morphological conditions.
