Abstract

Jembatan Kalilegi terletak di Kabupaten Malang KM 132-500 Ruas Karangkates-Brongkos Provinsi Jawa Timur. Jembatan ini berfungsi untuk jalur transportasi utama menghubungkan dua kabupaten yaitu kabupaten malang dan kabupaten blitar. Desain eksisting Jembatan Kalilegi memiliki Panjang Total 324 m dan memiliki enam Pilar serta dua abutment dan lebar sepuluh meter. Penulis mengambil satu segmen dari Jembatan ini yaitu Segmen A1 sampai dengan P1 sepanjang 45 m dan lebar 10 meter dengan struktur menggunakan Pile slab. Pada tugas ini penulis akan mengevaluasi jembatan Kalilegi dengan cara melakukan perhitungan dan permodelan kembali dengan program bantu SAP 2000 dan memodifikasi desain struktur pile slab jembatan dengan mengacu pada peraturan terbaru SNI 2833-2016. Sedangkan perhitungan pembebanan mengacu pada SNI 1725-2016. Proses perhitungan struktur meliputi analisis pembebanan, permodelan struktur dengan SAP 2000, dan analisis gaya dalam.

Kalilegi Bridge is located in Malang Regency KM 132-500 Karangkates-Brongkos Section East Java Province. This bridge serves as the main transportation route connecting two districts, Malang Regency and Blitar Regency. The existing design of the Kalilegi Bridge has a total length of 324 m and has six pillars and two abutments and a width of ten meters. The author takes one segment of this bridge, namely Segments A1 to P1 with a length of 45 m and a width of 10 meters with a structure using Pile slabs. In this task, the author will evaluate the Kalilegi bridge by performing calculations and re-modeling with the SAP 2000 assistance program and modifying the bridge pile slab structure design with concerning to the latest regulations of SNI 2833-2016. While the loading calculation refers to SNI 1725-2016. The structure calculation process includes loading analysis, structural modeling with SAP 2000, and internal force analysis.
