Abstract

Pada era modern dan globalisasi, banyak hal yang tidak
dapat dipisahkan dengan kecanggihan teknologi, termasuk lampu
yang terus menerus berkembang. Lampu yang awalnya hanya
berbentuk lampu pijar, kini justru muncul lampu LED dengan
kecanggihan teknologi dan daya hemat listrik serta waktu hidup
yang panjang. PT. “XYZ” sebagai perusahaan produsen lampu
terbesar di Indonesia memproduksi lampu jenis spiral. Guna
menjaga hasil proses tetap terjaga dengan baik, maka perusahaan
memerlukan suatu sistem pengukuran yang tepat. Oleh karena itu
diperlukan measurement system analysis guna mengetahui apakah
sistem pengukuran, alat ukur serta operator dapat kapabel.
Analisis yang digunakan dengan memperhatikan hasil ANOVA
dan nilai Total Gauge R&R. Hasil analisis pada setiap jenis lampu
dengan variabel pengamatan yang bersesuaian, dengan
memperhatikan nilai persent study varians dari total Gauge R&R,
nilai ndc adalah measurement system tidak kapabel. Oleh karena
itu, perbaikan terhadap sistem pengukuran perlu dilakukan
dengan mengimprovisasi kemampuan kerja operator ataupun
kehandalan dari alat ukur.

In the modern era, many things can not be separated by the
sophistication of the technology, including lights that constantly
evolving. The lights, which originally shaped as icandescent
lamps, now turn into LED lamps which emerged with
sophisticated technology, power-saving electricity, and long life
time. PT. "XYZ" as the company's biggest lighting manufacturer
in Indonesia is producing spiral type of lamps. To keep the results
of the process is maintained properly, the company needs a
proper measurement system. Therefore a measurement system
analysis is needed to determine whether the measurement system,
measuring tool, and operator is capable. The analysis is using the
results of ANOVA and value Total Gauge R & R. The analysis of
each type of lamp with corresponding variable observations,
regarding the value of variance percent study of total R & R
Gauge and NDC, proves that the measurement system is not
capable. Therefore, the improvement of the measurement system
needs to be done by improvising either the ability of the operator
or the reliability of the measuring instrument.
