Abstract

Pengukuran larutan raksa klorida dalam berbagai konsentrasi
menggunakan metode Differential Pulse Voltammetry (DPV), Differential Pulse
Stripping Voltammetry (DPSV) dan metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis telah
dilakukan. Raksa yang diukur menggunakan metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis
dirubah ke dalam bentuk senyawa kompleks dengan Rhodamin B. Ketiga metode
divalidasi melalui penentuan nilai LOD, LOQ, sensitivitas, rentang linearitas, nilai
rekoveri, serta validasi secara statistik menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Nilai
sensitivitas dari metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis sebesar 0,252 L mg-1cm-1,
metode DPV sebesar 6,0 μA L mg-1 dan metode DPSV sebesar 61 μA L mg-1.
Berdasarkan nilai rentang linearitas, metode DPV dapat digunakan untuk
mengukur raksa pada konsentrasi 2-100 ppm, metode DPSV dapat digunakan
untuk mengukur raksa pada konsentrasi di bawah 5 ppm, dan metode
spektrofotometri UV-Vis dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kadar raksa pada
konsentrasi di bawah 2 ppm. Berdasarkan nilai rekoveri, metode DPSV dan
spektrofotomemtri UV-Vis dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kadar raksa pada
konsentrasi di bawah 5 ppm sedangkan pengukuran raksa pada konsentrasi di atas
20 ppm dapat dilakukan dengan metode DPSV dan DPV. Berdasarkan hasil uji t
dan uji F, metode DPV dan DPSV memiliki presisi dan akurasi yang sebanding
namun berbeda secara signifikan dengan metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis

Analysis of mercury chloride using Differential Pulse voltammetry (DPV),
Differential Pulse Stripping voltammetry (DPSV), and UV-Vis spectrophotometry
methods has been done. Mercury chloride measured by UV-Vis
spectrophotometry methods in the form of complex compounds with Rhodamine
B. These three methods were validated by determining the value of LOD, LOQ,
sensitivity, linearity range, value recovery, as well as validation statistically using
the t test and F test. The sensitivity of the UV-Vis spectrophotometry method was
0.252 L mg-1cm-1, DPV method was 6 , 0 uA L mg-1 and DPSV method was 61
uA L mg-1. Based on the range of linearity, DPV method can be used to measure
mercury at concentrations of 2-100 ppm, DPSV method can be used to measure
mercury at concentrations below 5 ppm, and the UV-Vis spectrophotometry
method can be used to measure levels of mercury at concentrations below 2 ppm.
Based on the recovery value, the method spektrofotomemtri DPSV and UV-Vis
can be used to measure levels of mercury at concentrations below 5 ppm, while
measuring mercury at concentrations above 20 ppm can be achieved by DPSV
and DPV. Based on the results of the t test and F test, DPV and DPSV method
have comparable precision and accuracy, but they both are significantly different
with UV-Vis spectrophotometry method.
