Abstract

Penelitian Tugas Akhir dengan judul “Koreksi Struktur
Lapangan “LP” dengan Menggunakan Metode Pre Stack Depth
Migration (PSDM)”.
pre stack depth migration (PSDM), Untuk mengetahui pengaruh
pemodelan kecepatan dengan menggunakan horizon based
depth tomography pada proses pre stack depth migration
(PSDM), Untuk mengetahui manfaat dari metode pre stack
depth migration (PSDM) common reflection angle migration
(CRAM). Koreksi struktur lapangan “LP” dengan
menggunakan metode pre stack depth migration (PSDM).
Penelitian tugas akhir ini dilakasanakan di PT. PERTAMINA
UTC (Upstream Technologi Center), Gedung Kwarnas, Jalan
Merdeka Timur, No.7 Jakarta Pusat 10110, Indonesia.
stacking velocity, selanjutnya dilakukan transformasi Vrms
menjadi Vinterval untuk input proses PSDM, kemudian
dilakukan perbaikan kecepatan dengan metode horizon based
depth tomography untuk proses final PSDM menggunakan
common reflection angle migration (CRAM). Pre Stack Depth
Migration (PSDM) merupakan teknik migrasi sebelum stack
dengan variasi kecepatan medium sangat kompleks seperti thrust
v
aslinya. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa
Proses pre stack depth migration (PSDM) memberikan resolusi
proses pre stack time migration (PSTM) terbukti dengan adanya
Metode horizon based depth tomography merupakan metode
============================================================================================Final study entitled "Correction Structure "LP” Field
With Using Pre Stack Depth Migration (PSDM) Method". The
purpose of this experiment is to correct the image of the
subsurface is generated by the process of pre-stack depth
migration (PSDM), to determine the influence of the modeling
speed by using a horizon based depth tomography in the pre stack
depth migration (PSDM), To know the benefits the methods of
pre stack depth migration (PSDM) common reflection angle
migration (CRAM). Correction structure field "LP" using Pre
Stack Depth Migration (PSDM). This research are suggested at
PT. Pertamina UTC (Upstream Technology Center), Kwarnas
Building, Jalan Merdeka Timur, 7 Central Jakarta 10110,
Indonesia. The tools used are in the form of a CPU unit with 2
screens each 30 inch brackish with the Linux operating system
(read head), using 2011.3 Paradigm Epos 4.1 software. The
method used at the beginning of this research is the process of
PSTM first, with the input of CDP gather and Vrms, result of
stacking velocity, further transformation Vrms be Vinterval to
input process PSDM, then do speed improvements to the method
horizon based depth tomography for the final PSDM uses a
common reflection angle migration (CRAM). Pre Stack Depth
Migration (PSDM) is a technique migration before stack with
very complex medium speed variation such as thrust belt, the
zone around carbonates (reef), a salt dome (salt dome), and so
forth. Depth is for comparative geological model for modeling
vii
speed. Basically the results of the methods of pre stack depth
migration (PSDM) give the image of the subsurface is more
accurate when the speed interval used was appropriate or close
to its original speed. From the conclusion, that the process of prestack
depth migration (PSDM) provides image resolution
subsurface is better than from the process of pre-stack time
migration (PSTM) proved by the continuity of pattern reflector
clearer, and HRD able to correct the effects of pull up the existing
process (PSTM). Methods based depth horizon tomography is an
appropriate method to determine the interval velocity models.
This method is be able to make improvements to the interval
velocity models suitable for Pre Stack Depth Migration domain
depth migration (PSDM). Results interval velocity is good to give
the image of subsurface maximum. Methods of pre stack depth
migration (PSDM) common reflection angle migration (CRAM)
can overcome the problem of imaging on complex structures that
CRAM PSDM method can deliver results subsurface image
better because it uses the concept of multipath
