Abstract

Penggunaan energi di gedung Kementerian PUPR tahun 2015 mendapatkan predikat Boros, berdasarkan Intensitas Konsumsi Energi (IKE) sebesar 19,228. Penghematan yang telah dilakukan adalah pembentukan gugus penghematan energi dan air dengan melakukan operasional manual terhadap lift dan AC central. Terkadang pengelola melupakan kesempatan untuk melakukan penghematan yang lebih baik, yaitu dengan mengimplementasikan smart system pada utilitas yang ada. Integrasi Information Communication and Technology dengan Utilitas ini disebut juga dengan Smart Grid. Untuk mengukur kesiapan Kementerian PUPR dalam mengimplementasikan smart grid dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakanSmart Grid Maturity Model(SGMM), tetapi model ini hanya mengukur atribut kematangan saja bukan proses model, sehingga hasilnya belum menggambarkan apa yang organisasi benar-benar mampu lakukan Penggunaan CoBiT 5 yang merupakan proses model melengkapi keterbatasan Smart Grid Maturity Model dalam melakukan analisa Smart Grid, sehingga manfaat yang dihasilkan lebih optimal. Analisa Smart Grid Maturity Model difokuskan pada tujuan smart grid Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Pemetaan enterprise goal menghasilkan 5 tujuan enterprise, selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil pemetaan IT Related Goal didapatkan 13 IT related goal, dari 13 IT related goal ini menghasilkan 21 IT proses yang frekuensi kemunculan pada IT Related Goal tinggi yaitu sebanyak 4 dan 3 kali sebagai berikut EDM 01, EDM 02,EDM 03, EDM 04, EDM 05 APO 01.APO 04,APO 05, APO 07,APO 08,APO 10, APO 11, APO 12, APO 13,BAI 01,BAI 02, BAI 06, DSS 01,DSS 03 dan MEA 01. Ada 1 proses yang berada pada tingkat kapabilitas level 0 Incomplete yaitu APO 03dan 20 proses berada pada tingkat kapabilitas level 1 Performed Process, Sedangkan target level yang diharapkan adalah level 3 Established Process, serta melakukan prioritas pengembangan Smart Grid di Kementerian PUPR dengan melakukan rekomendasi perbaikan proses yang ada. ======================================================================================================== Energy use in the building of the Ministry of PUPR 2015 awarded Boros, based on Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) amounted to 19.228. To measure the readiness of the Ministry PUPR in implementing smart grid can be done by using the Smart Grid Maturity Model (SGMM), but this model measures only attribute alone is not a process maturity model, so the results do not describe what the organization is really capable of doing. Use of COBIT 5, which is the model process of completing the limitations of the model Smart Grid Maturity Model to analyze the Smart Grid, so that the benefits generated more optimal. Smart Grid Maturity Model Analysis focused on the smart grid of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing Mapping the enterprise goal of producing 5 goal enterprise, then based on the mapping of IT Related Goal earned 13 IT related field goal, from 13 IT related goal is to produce 21 IT processes that the frequency of occurrence in IT Related Goal high, as much as 4 and 3 times as follows EDM 01, 02 EDM, EDM 03, 04 EDM, EDM 01.APO 04 05 APO, APO 05, APO 07, 08 APO, APO 10, APO 11, APO 12, APO 13, BAI 01, 02 BAI, BAI 06, DSS 01, DSS 03 and the MEA 01. There is one process that is at the level of capability level 0 Incomplete namely APO 03 and 20 are at the level of process capability level 1 Performed process, while the expected target level is level 3 Established process, as well as prioritizing the development of Smart Grid Ministry PUPR by making recommendations for improvement of existing processes.
