Abstract

Saluran Kalibokor di Surabaya Timur mengalami luapan
air ketika musim penghujan. Tinggi genangan yang terjadi adalah
antara 0-15 cm. Beberapa kawasan rawan banjir yang dilewati
oleh saluran tersebut adalah Manyar, Klampis, dan JL. Arif
Rahman Hakim. Daerah-daerah tersebut merupakan daerah padat
penduduk dan padat lalu lintas. Sehingga akan mengakibatkan
keresahan pada masyarakat jika terjadi banjir, seperti misalnya
kemacetan lalu lintas dan kerusakan jalan.
Tugas akhir ini melakukan perencanaan drainase pada sub
sistem Kali Bokor. Pada perencanaan hidrologi dilakukan dengan
program bantu HEC-HMS dengan meninjau tata guna lahan DAS
Kali Bokor. Hasil dari HEC-HMS akan dijadikan dasar dalam
merencanakan hidrolika saluran ini. Perencanaan hidrolika
dilakukan dengan program bantu HEC-RAS.
Berdasarkan hasil analisa untuk mengatasi banjir yang ada,
didapatkan lebar rencana saluran Kalibokor untuk bagian hulu
sebesar 15 m. Sedangkan bagian hilirnya sebesar 35 m dengan
tinggi saluran 2,5 m. Kolam tampungan direncanakan seluas 100
ha dan dilengkapi dengan pompa dan pintu air untuk memperbesar
kapasitas tampungan. Jumlah pompa dan pintu yang digunakan,
yakni 4 pompa dan 4 pintu air. =========================================================================================================== Channel Kalibokor in East Surabaya experiencing overflow
when the rainy season. High mundation that happened was
between 0-15 cm. Some areas prone to flooding are bypassed by
the channel is Manyar, Klampis, and JL. Arif Rahman Hakim.
These areas are densely populated and congested traffic. That will
cause unrest in the community in case of floods, such as traffic
congestion and road damage.
This final project planning sub-system drainage Kali
Bokor. In hydrological planning is done with the help HEC-HMS
program by reviewing land use DAS Kali Bokor. Results of HECHMS
will be the basis in planning this channel hydraulics.
Planning computer hydraulics done by HEC-RAS program.
Based on the analysis to resolve existing flood, gained wide
plan Kalibokor channels to the upstream part of 15 m. While the
downstream by 35 m with a height of 2.5 m channel. Swimming
pitcher planned area of 100 hectares and is equipped with pumps
and sluice gates to increase the storage capacity. The number of
pumps and the gates is used, ie 4 pumps and 4 gates.
