Abstract

Struktur breasting dolphin merupakan struktur yang digunakan untuk bersandar kapal pada
dermaga sehingga terkena langsung oleh beban tumbukan kapal. Dalam perancangan struktur
tersebut tentunya perlu diperhitungkan kapasitas maksimal kapal yang mampu bersandar.
Dalam Penelitian ini dilakukan analisa pushover untuk mengetahui kapasitas ultimate struktur
breasting dolphin sebelum dan setelah dimodifikasi. Dalam analisa pushover ini struktur
breasting dolphin sebelum dimodifikasi memiliki nilai RSR (Reserve Strength Ratio) minimum
sebesar 1,3167. Sedangkan struktur breasting dolphin setelah dimodifikasi tidak mengalami
kegagalan member ketika increment beban maksimal sebesar 3.029,23 kN. Resiko struktur
breasting dolphin sebelum dimodifikasi akibat penambahan DWT menurut DNV RP G-101
berada pada level medium risk untuk aspek human safty dan environment serta level high risk
untuk aspek business. Sedangkan pada struktur breasting dolphin setelah dimodifikasi berada
pada level low risk untuk aspek human safty dan environment serta level high risk untuk aspek
business.

Breasting dolphin structure is structure that use for ship’s berth on dock so that a direct
impact load by ship collision. Commonly in design, breasting dolphin structure must be
calculate for maximum ship capacity. In this final project, pushover analysis used for find
ultimate capacity of breasting dolphin structure before and after modification. Result of
analysis, breasting dolphin structure before modify have minimum RSR (Reserve Stength
Ratio) 1,3167. While breasting dolphin structure after modify haven’t member failure when
be given maximum load 3.029,23 kN. Risk of breasting dolphin structure before modify due to
additional dead weight tanker vessel according to DNV RP G-101 is medium risk for human
safety and envirivonment aspect and high risk for business aspect. While breasting dolphin
structure after modify have low risk for human safety and envirivonment aspect and high risk
for business aspect.
