Abstract

Kebutuhan pakan ternak di Indonesia mulai tahun 2005 terus mengalami
peningkatan.
suatu produk. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pendekatan ANP untuk
memprioritaskan alternatif solusi terbaik dengan mempertimbangkan serangkaian
kriteria seperti peraturan pemerintah, konsekuensi organisasi, biaya, keandalan
teknologi, kemampuan sumber daya manusia dan kemudahan memperoleh raw
material.
Pemilihan alternatif solusi

The Fodder needs in Indonesia continue to increase since 2005. This
increase not only triggers the competition among companies to own high capacity
of production process but also the side effect of environmental pollution. PT.
Charoen Pokphand Indonesia-Krian is a company that focus on fodder processing.
This company has one million ton capacity per year. The higher the production
capacity, the higher pollution will be resulted. In order to decrease the
environmental effect, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Analytical Network
Process (ANP) method are used in this research for environmental management.
LCA is used to identify the production process lifecycle from certain product. In
this research, ANP approach is used to prioritize the best alternative solution with
considering some criteria like government regulations, organization
consequences, cost, technology reliability, human resource capacity, and the
easiness to gain raw material. The result from LCA in chicken fodder production
process in PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia-Krian is 5570Pt for the effect of
ecosystem quality, 1210 Pt for human health effect, and 1150 Pt for natural
resource effect. Then, the alternative solution is selected using ANP method. The
results show that alternative priority using reverse osmosis technology indicates
score 0.3957, the soy bean material replacing with score 0.3239 and fuel coal and
shells collaboration with score 0.2803.
