Abstract

Penggunaan air tanah yang berlebihan sebagai akibat dari pertumbuhan penduduk yang sangat pesat di kota Surabaya, telah menimbulkan efek negatif terhadap perkembangan aktivitas masyarakat setempat, salah satunya adalah penurunan muka tanah (land subsidence). Adanya proses dinamika bumi dan kondisi geologi kota Surabaya turut memicu terhadap laju kecepatan land subsidence. Terjadinya proses land subsidence ini juga menyebabkan semakin membesarnya daerah intrusi air laut di kota Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik Differential Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (DInSAR). DInSAR merupakan teknologi pencitraan radar yang menghasilkan citra interferogram, dimana citra interferogram digunakan untuk melakukan proses pemantauan terhadap laju pergerakan tanah dengan ketelitian sub-sentimeter. Dalam penelitian land subsidence kota Surabaya dilakukan proses pengolahan DInSAR dari tiga buah citra satelit ALOS PALSAR tahun 2009, 2010, dan 2011 menggunakan metode two-pass interferometric. Metode twopass interferometric merupakan metode yang menggunakan dua buah citra SAR dan Digital Elevation Model (DEM). Hasil processing menunjukkan terjadinya land subsidence selama 3 tahun (2009-2011) berdasarkan displacement Line of Sight (LOS) kota Surabaya berkisar antara 0 sampai -25 mm untuk Surabaya Utara, 0 sampai -25 mm di Surabaya Selatan, 0 sampai -100 mm di Surabaya Timur, 0 sampai -25 mm di Surabaya Barat, dan 0 sampai -25 mm di Surabaya Pusat, sehingga rata-rata besar nilai subsidence kota Surabaya sebesar 0 sampai -25 mm. Sedangkan rata-rata laju subsidence di kota Surabaya antara tahun 2009-2011 berkisar antara -5 mm/tahun. Namun dalam pengolahan masih menunjukkan error displacement, dikarenakan nilai koherensi antar citra yang rendah, noise, distorsi geometrik dari sinyal radar dan besar baseline pada pasangan citra. Untuk itu diperlukan analisa dengan membandingkan beberapa penelitian yang terkait subsidence di kota Surabaya. =========================================================================================The use of excessive ground water as a result of rapid population growth in the Surabaya city can triger, surface deformations on the affected area, one of which is land subsidence. The presence of the dynamic processes of the Earth and geological conditions of the Surabaya city, also can the speed rate of land subsidence. The process of land subsidence also cause the enlargement area of sea water intrusion in the Surabaya city. In this research, the technique of Differential Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (DInSAR) is used to infer the surface deformation in the Surabaya city . DInSAR is a radar imaging technology that produces the interferogram image, that the result can be used to monitor the rate of soil movement with subcentimeter accuracy. The DInSAR processing utilized three PALSAR ALOS satellite images from 2009, 2010, and 2011 using two-pass interferometric. Two-pass interferometric method is a method that uses two SAR imagery and Digital Elevation Model (DEM). The results indicate the occurrence of land subsidence based on the displacement Line of Sight (LOS) Surabaya city. The values are ranged from 0 to -25 mm for North Surabaya, 0 to -25mm in South Surabaya, 0 to -100 mm in East Surabaya, 0 to -25 mm in West Surabaya, and 0 to -25 mm in Surabaya Center. As such, the average subsidence in Surabaya city has a value between 0 and -25 mm. While average velocity subsidence in Surabaya city has value -5 mm/year. However, the result still contain an error from the processing of displacement, due to the value of coherence between the image, noise, geometric distortion of a radar signal and large baseline on image pair
