Abstract

Polipropilena adalah polimer dengan penggunaan terbesar ketiga
didunia setelah PE dan PVC. Kopolimer acak (Random copolymer)
Biasanya, polimer mengandung 2-6 wt %
kombinasi etilen menutupi sebagian dari aplikasi kopolimer. Produk
resin polipropilen dikeluarkan melalui Product Discharge System (PDS).
Resin degassing terdiri atas product receiver dan product purge bin dan
disebut sebagai resin degassing system. Sistem pelleting dibutuhkn dalam
proses pembuatan produk akhir polipropilen. Limbah padat dihasilkan
berupa limbah polimer yang berukuran jauh lebih kecil. Limbah cair
pada pabrik ini dihasilkan dari air buangan akhir proses, air proses dari
pengolahan limbah gas, blowdown boiler, oil, minyak pelumas bekas.
Limbah Gas yang berasal dari product receiver dan product purge bin
menghasilkan gas-gas buangan berupa TiO2, propilen, etilen, hydrogen,
C2H6, dan nitrogen. Jumlah kebutuhan air total pabrik polipropilen per
hari adalah air sanitasi 0.416 m3/hari, air boiler 1.21 m3/hari, air
pendingin 12.63 m3/hari, air proses 53.3 m3/hari.

Polypropylene is a polymer with the use of the world's third largest after
PE and PVC. Random copolymer is a copolymer containing ethylene or
other olefin monomers directly incorporated during the growth of the
polymer chain in a reactor. The polypropylene factory has a capacity of
100,000 tons / year. Locations planned establishment of factories in
Tangerang, Banten,. The factory uses raw materials Propylene and
Ethylene. The raw material used is the composition of each 12713.52 kg
and 2325.64 kg. The polymerization reaction in the fluidized bedreaktor
produce random copolymer which manufacturing is the same as the
homopolymer. Typically, the polymer contains 2-6 wt% combined
ethylene copolymer cover most of the applications. Polypropylene resin
products issued by Product Discharge System (PDS). Resin degassing
receiver consists of product and product purge bin and is referred to as a
resin degassing system. Needed pelleting system in the process of making
the final product of polypropylene. Solid waste is generated in the form of
polymer waste is much smaller. Liquid waste generated at this plant from
the end of the process waste water, process water from sewage treatment
gas, boiler blowdown, oil, lubricating oil. Waste gas from the product box
and product purge bin produce exhaust gases such as TiO2, propylene,
ethylene, hydrogen, C2H6, and nitrogen. The amount of total water
demand per day is a polypropylene plant sanitation water 0416 m3 / day,
water boiler 1:21 m3 / day, cooling water 12.63 m3 / day of process water
53.3 m3 / day.
