Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan oleh karena itu angkutan sungai dan danau di beberapa pulau di Indonesia memegang peranan sangat penting bagi perkembangan daerah tersebut. Hal ini disebabkan karena alur sungai dan danau yang ada merupakan salah satu prasarana jalan bagi terselenggaranya kegiatan ekonomi. Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta merencanakan menjadikan perairan Banjir Kanal Barat sebagai prasarana transportasi air. Rute transportasi air tersebut dimulai dari Manggarai-Dukuh Atas-Karet sepanjang 3,4 km. Letaknya yang strategis karena dekat dengan daerah perkantoran dan pusat kegiatan ekonomi sangat memungkinkan untuk dijadikan jalur alternative sehingga keberadaan angkutan sungai (Waterway) sebagai sarana transportasi angkutan penumpang menjadi pilihan moda transportasi bagi pengguna jasa transportasi angkutan umum di sekitar aliran Banjir Kanal Barat. Yang nantinya juga akan dapat membantu mengurangi kemacetan khususnya di daerah yang dilalui aliran Banjir Kanal Barat. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan analisa dengan menggunakan teori supply demand untuk mencari kapasitas penumpang angkutan sungai yang efektif dan efisien. Di dalam7 tugas akhir ini juga menentukan type lambung kapal yang dapat digunakan sebagai angkutan sungai di aliran Banjir Kanal Barat Jakarta, yang mempunyai kedalaman air rat-rata 2,5 meter dan mamilki lebar 58 meter. Berdasarkan hasil analisa diperoleh kapasitas penumpang angkutan sungai sebanyak 44 penumpang. Dan type lambung kapal untuk angkutan sungai dipilih kapal katamaran, dengan pertimbangan katamaran mampu beroperasi di perairan terbatas seperti sungai dan danau. Sesuai dengan kapasitas tersebut, dari hasil regresi kapal pembanding didapatkan dimensi kapal untuk angkutan sungai yaitu Lpp = 11,6 m; Bm = 4,5 m; T = 0,4 m; H= 1 m; B1 = 1 m ======================================================================================================= Indonesian is an archipelago country. It makes river and lake transportation in Indonesia has an important role to support the region development, since the existing river and lake could be used as an alternative of transportation infrastructure to support the economic activities. The government of DKI Jakarta is planning to use the flood canal infrastructure, Banjir Kanal Barat, to conduct the water ways transportation. The transportation routes started from Manggarai through Dukuh Atas and finish at Karet, with the distance 3,4 km. These routeis very strategic because it take place near the center of business and the office area, its became feasible to provide the alternative choice such as the water ways bus for a public transportation mode, specially in Banjir Kanal Barat and circumstances. Finally these transportation also could reduce the traffic jump which often occur in these area. In this research task we use the supply demand theory to conduct the analysis to calculate the efficient and effectively passenger capacity of water ways bus. In this research we also decide the type of ship hull which can be use for water ways bus at Banjir Kanal Barat. The canal has 2,5 m average water dept and 58 meter in width.9 Base on the result of the analysis, the seat capacity of water ways bus is 44 passenger. Type of hull is catamaran, with consideration that the catamaran type can be operated on the restricted water ways like a river and lake. For these capacity and we refer to the regression analysis of reference vessel data, we decide that the dimension of the water ways bus as follow : Lpp = 11,6 m; Bm = 4,5 m; T = 0,4 m; H= 1 m; B1 = 1 m
