Abstract

Companie is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange is a public company (going public) that does not limit the number of shareholders and offered its shares to the public. For companies that go public, the stock market is a means of increasing the company's value. The higher the stock price the higher the value of the company. Companies listed on the Stock Exchange financial reports on a regular basis using financial ratios. In May 2015, four Indonesian banking company entered into Forbes namely BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, BCA (Bank Central Asia) and BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia). These results indicate that the banking sector had a good performance and indicated as having high enterprise value. The company's value is calculated through the Price Book Value (PBV). Bank Indonesia is the Indonesian Central Bank divides financial ratios for the five parts, namely the banking sector's capital adequacy ratio, the ratio of productive assets, profitability ratios, liquidity ratios and compliance ratio. The fifth of these ratios can not be measured directly necessitating an indicator. Even do some research to determine the effect of financial ratios to the value of the company. The method used is Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The test results indicate that the path coefficient of productive assets ratio and profitability ratio affects the value of the company.
