Abstract

Perkembangan industri otomotif yang pesat di Indonesia menimbulkan persaingan di antara merek kendaraan. Showroom merupakan fasilitas produsen otomotif untuk memamerkan produk-produk yang dikeluarkan serta memberikan pelayanan guna menjaga loyalitas konsumen. Toyota mrupakan salah satu merek otomotif yang banyak diminati di Indonesia. Interior menjadi solusi untuk membantu memamerkan kendaraan yang dijual dan memberikan kenyamanan kepada konsumen Toyota. Perencanaan re-desain interior Showroom Toyota Auto2000 ini berdasarkan observasi objek desain, wawancara kepala bengkel, dan analisa melalui kuisioner kepada beberapa responden. Berdasarkan metodologi tersebut, hasil yang diperoleh berupa konsep perencanaan Showroom Toyota Auto2000 berupa konsep Showroom dengan langgam Futuristik Family. Konsep Futuristik merupakan suatu langgam desain yang mencerminkan simbol teknologi, yang selalu berkembang ke masa depan. Konsep Family dalam bahasa indonesia berarti keluarga, yaitu dimana semua kebutuhan dapat terfasilitasi dengan baik pada semua segmentasi. Pengaplikasian bentukan futuristik yang menarik menjadi nilai tambah untuk area pamer sehingga membuat mobil terlihat dengan baik. Sirkulasi yang efisien untuk pegawai dibuat agar mereka dapat memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada pengunjung. Dengan beberapa konsep diatas kemudian disusun sebuah perencanaan yakni re-desain interior Showroom Toyota Auto2000 dengan langgam Futuristik Family. Menampilkan bentukan futuristik yang diambil dari tranformasi logo Toyata dan menggunakan material yang mendukung konsep futuristik dan memberikan fasilitas yang menunjang untuk semua segmentasi pengguna. Hal tersebut dilaksanakan agar Showroom Toyota Auto2000 mempunyai karakteristik dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik, sehingga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pengunjung terhadap kendaraan merek Toyota =================================================================================================== The rapid development of automobile industry in Indonesia created competition among vehicle brands . Toyota is one of the many popular automotive brands in Indonesia . Interior to be the solution to help show off the vehicles sold and provide convenience to consumers Toyota . Planning interior re- design of the Toyota Showroom Auto2000 object design is based on observations , interviews head of the workshop , and analysis via a questionnaire to several respondents . Based on this methodology, the results obtained in the form of planning concepts Auto2000 Toyota Showroom Showroom with the style of the concept Futuristic Family . Futuristic Concept is a design style that reflects a symbol of technology, which is always evolving into the future . Family concept in Indonesian means the family , which is where all needs can be well facilitated in all segments . Application of futuristic formations that attract an added value for the exhibition area so as to make the car look good . Circulation efficient for employees made so that they can provide the best service to visitors . With some of the above concepts then prepared a plan for the re - design of the interior of the Toyota Showroom Auto2000 with the style Futuristic Family . Featuring futuristic formations taken from the transformation Toyata logo and use materials that support the concept of a futuristic and provide facilities that support for all user segmentation . This is done so that Toyota Showroom Auto2000 have characteristics and provide the best services , so as to increase visitor loyalty to Toyota brand vehicles
