Abstract

Indonesia membutuhkan energi sebagai penggerak utama dan penopang
utama perkembangannya. Pemanfaatan gas bumi belum mampu dimaksimalkan
untuk kebutuhan dalam negeri karena banyaknya cadangan gas di luar pulau jawa
sedangkan konsumen terkonsentrasi di pulau jawa. Proyek X merupakan proyek
pengembangan di Pulau Jawa yang hak pengembangannya dimiliki PT Pertamina
EP. Sebagai perusahaan migas yang memiliki karakteristik capital intensive,
efisiensi dilakukan pada proses investasi terutama pembangunan infrastruktur.
Melihat proses bisnisnya, mengoptimalkan lokasi stasiun pengolahan akan
meminimalkan biaya investasi pipa sebagai sarana transportasi. Optimasi dilakukan
dengan menggunakan model non linear programming dengan tujuan minimasi total
biaya. Model optimasi disusun berdasarkan model biaya pada jaringan pipa. Pada
penelitian ini, perusahaan dapat menggunakan 6 skema berdasarkan tujuan stasiun
pengumpul dan diameter trunkline yang digunakan. Hasil optimasi berupa
koordinat x dan koordinat y yang merupakan lokasi optimal bagi perusahaan untuk
membangun stasiun pengolahan. Kemudian dilakukan analisis sensitivitas terhadap
enam faktor yaitu biaya pengadaan dan instalasi pipa, biaya pembebasan lahan,
biaya operasional pipa, biaya pengadaan kompresor, nilai circuity factor pada
flowline dan nilai circuity factor pada trunkline. Analisis sensitivitas dilakukan
pada semua skema untuk mengetahui faktor kritisnya

Indonesia requires energy as the primary needs and the main pillar of
development. Natural gas utilization has not been able to be maximized to fulfill
the domestic demand because the supply located outside Java Island while
consumers are concentrated on Java Island. Project X is a project development
located in Java Island that the development right is owned by PT Pertamina EP. As
oil and gas companies that have capital intensive characteristics, efficiency must be
performed at investment process wich is focused in infrastructure development.
Based on the business process, optimizing the processing station will minimize the
investment in pipeline as transportation facilities. Optimization is using a non-linear
programming models with minimizing the total cost as the objective. Optimization
model is based on pipeline costing model. In this study, company can use six
different schemes based on collection station selection and trunkline diameter that
is used. The output of optimization result in x and y coordinates which is described
as an optimal location to build a processing station. The following process is by
doing sensitivity analysis includes six parameters those are; (1) pipe procurement
and installation cost, (2) land acquisition costs, (3) pipe operational cost, (4)
compressors procurement cost, (5) value of flowline circuity factor, and (6) value
of trunkline circuity factor. A sensitivity analysis was performed on all schemes to
determine the critical factors
