Abstract

Pada tahun 2014 data pengadaan spare part Turn Around ponska IV PT. Petrokimia Gresik didapatkan 44 dari 120 komponen menunjukan waktu kedatangan (arrival date) di atas waktu due date yang telah di rencanakan, atau 37 % sparepart yang akan digunakan untuk aktivitas turn around mengalami keterlambatan dalam proses pengadaan barang. Lead time atau rentang waktu yang dibutuhkan dari saat memesan barang, hingga barang sampai pada pemesan di PT Petrokimia Gresik dapat mencapai waktu 88 hari. Didalamnya ada proses evaluasi teknis oleh user yang bisa mencapai 44 hari. Lamanya proses pengadaan barang di Departemen Pengadaan dapat diminimalisasi dengan cara mempercepat evaluasi oleh user. Penelitian dalam tugas akhir ini didahului dengan identifikasi masalah dan menentukan tujuan penelitian, dan studi pustaka. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Value Stream Analysis Tool (VALSAT). Sebelumnya dilakukan identifikasi seluruh aliran yang terjadi pada proses pengadaan yang digambarkan pada Big Picture Mapping. Selanjutnya dari Big Picture Maaping diketahui bahwa penyebab lamanya proses pengadaan adalah proses evaluasi teknis yang terlalu lama. ====================================================================================================== In 2014, the procurement data of turn around spare parts Phonska IV in PT. PKG obtained 44 of 120 components shows the time of arrival (arrival date) was beyond the due date that has been planned, or 37% of spare parts to be used for turn around activities suffered a delay in the procurement process. Lead time or the time frames of when ordering goods, until the goods arrive to PT. PKG can be reached within 88 days. There is a technical evaluation process by the user that can be reached 45 days. Duration of the procurement process in the Department of Procurement can be minimized by accelerating user evaluation. This research, was preceded by the identificate of the problem and determine the purpose of research, and literature study. The Value Stream Analysis Tool (VALSAT) was used in this research. First, identified the entire flow that occurs in the procurement process that is described in the Big Picture Mapping. Furthermore, according to Big Picture Mapping, the causes of the long procurement process was known, which is the technical evaluation process is too complicated
