Abstract

Pemerintah Kota Surabaya merencanakan pembangunan Surabaya Mass Rapid Transit sebagai solusi permasalahan kemacetan di kota Surabaya. Agar perencanaan proyek tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik, diperlukan identifikasi terhadap kebutuhan konsumen pada penggunaan transportasi umum, dimana berdasarkan berbagai literatur, ticketing merupakan aspek layanan penting pada transportasi umum. Oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya penelitian terkait penentuan media ticketing beserta perencanaan channel penjualan tiket pada proyek SMART. Dalam melakukan penentuan ticketing media terbaik dan analisa terkait perencanaan channel penjualan tiket, dilakukan perhitungan dengan metode MCDM, dimana terdapat konflik kepentingan antara media tiket dengan channel penjualan tiket. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek pada layanan ticketing yang dijadikan kriteria pengambilan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini digunakan ANP untuk memodelkan dependensi dan struktur umpan balik pada model pengambilan keputusan untuk menghasilkan bobot dari setiap kriteria. Dilanjutkan dengan TOPSIS guna menghasikan peringkat akhir dari ticketing media terbaik dan channel penjualan tiket terbaik. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan rekomendasi bagi stakeholder proyek SMART ================================================================================================= As a solution to reduce road congestion in Surabaya City, Government of Surabaya plans to built Surabaya Mass Rapid Transit. In order to make the project successfully implemented, there are needs to identify consumer needs of a public transportation usage. Which is, based on several literatures, points that ticketing is one of important aspect of public transportation. Specifically, there needs a study in choosing best ticketing media and planning a proper ticketing channel on that project in order to encourage the usage of public transportation. MCDM methods are used in order to choose the best ticketing media and analyzing ticketing channel planning by considering tradeoff between criteria in each alternatives. Several ticketing service aspects were chosen as decision making criteria and being analyzed in respect to all of available alternatives. This research implemented integrated ANP and TOPSIS method. ANP being used in order to model the dependency and feedback structure of the decision making model. Meanwhile, TOPSIS is used on further steps in this research, which are producing the end result of best ticketing media and ticketing channel ranking to be implemented as a recommendation to Surabaya Mass Rapid Transit stakeholder in the future
