Abstract

Upaya menambah landasan pacu baru di perkirakan memerlukan dana hingga Rp.8 trilliun. Proses pembangunan landasan pacu memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama. Selama proses pembangunan ini perlu disiapkan alternatif solusi dalam mengatasi tundaan karena kapasitas runway terbatas. Data yang digunakan dalam pengerjaan tugas akhir ini adalah ukuran lebar taxiway, panjang taxiway, jarak taxiway ke runway, jarak taxiway ke apron, dan data-data untuk perhitungan panjang runway. Data yang diperoleh tersebut digunakan untuk analisis jarak antar Taxiway 1 – Runway – Taxiway 2. Setelah itu dievaluasi ketersediaan ruang bebas yang ada, geometri, kekuatan perkerasan, persyaratan teknis landing dan take off. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa semua persyaratan teknis untuk suatu runway memenuhi syarat. Dengan adanya 2 runway ini delay rata – rata yang terjadi juga berkurang dari 5 menit 37 detik menjadi 2 menit 11 detik. ================================================================================================================== The process of building the runway requires quite a long time. During this development process there is a need to prepare an alternative solution to overcome the delay due to the limited capacity of the runway. The data used in this final project is a measuremet of the width of the taxiway, taxiway length, distance taxiway to the runway, taxiways distance to the apron, and the data for the calculation of runway length. Such data can be obtained by contacting the PT. Angkasa Pura I as those who manage Juanda International Airport. The data obtained will be used for the analysis of the distance between Taxiway 1 - Runway - Taxiway 2. In subsegment the availability of existing free space , geometry , pavement strength , the technical requirements of the landing and take off. Also need to be evaluated The analysis showed that all the technical requirements for a runway are fulfilled by Taxiway 2 . By adding the second runway the average delay - also reduces from of 5 minutes 37 seconds to 2 minutes 11 seconds
