Abstract

Jalan Pesantren Ngalah desa Sengonagung Kabupaten Pasuruan
merupakan kawasan yang menjadi pusat kegiatan pendidikan terpadat disalah satu
Kabupaten Pasuruan. Pada kawasan Jl. Pesantren Ngalah ini menjadi tujuan setiap
orang dari segala lapisan masyarakat dan berbagai sarana transportasi. Berbagai
kegiatan masyarakat seperti berjalan, pergi sekolah, kuliah, bekerja, berdagang,
serta pergi ke sawah. Aktivitas komersil di Jl. Pesantren Ngalah mengundang
pelaku-pelaku aktivitas di ruang publik lain yang memanfaatkan hilir mudik
pejalan kaki.
Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatifkuantitatif, untuk menjawab perumusan masalah mengenai sejauh mana tingkat
kepuasan pelanggan/masyarakat terhadap pengembangan fasilitas pedestrian di
ruas jalan Pesantren Ngalah, maka digunakan analisis tingkat kepentingan dan
kinerja/kepuasan masyarakat.
Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh karakteristik pejalan kaki dalam
melakukan pergerakan di jalan Pesantren Ngalah Desa Sengonagung meliputi
volume rata-rata pejalan kaki pada jam puncak sebanyak 186 org/menit dan
kecepatan rata-rata pejalan kaki yaitu 56,09 m/mnt serta kepadatan (Density)
pejalan kaki berjumlah 3,42 org/m/menit. Preferensi masyarakat pada analisis
tingkat harapan dan kinerja mengenai kebutuhan fasilitas pejalan kaki diperoleh
tingkat unsur-unsur yang dijabarkan dan dibagi menjadi dua bagian kedalam
diangram kartesius sehingga diketahui hubungan antara kepentingan atau harapan
masyarakat terhadap tingkat kinerja atau kepuasan fasilitas pejalan kaki di jalan
Pesantren Ngalah Desa Sengonagung.

Ngalah boarding house street Sengonagung village Pasuruan is center of
education activity area in Pasuruan. In this area many people come and go from the
order area and many transportation there. Many activity by on foot go to school,
collage student, work, trade and even go to rice field.
A part of pedestrian used by this activity beside on footer and still a chane
foe on footer. But many people still not used pedestrian but they used a part of the
street, because of the street is not wide. Many building near of the street couses
there is not pedestrian area. There are many trouble and make activity not geting
well.
Puspose from this research is identificate and analise and characteristic of
people who used this street to walk at Ngalah boarding house street Sengonagung
village. To know preferention village people abaut needly facility pedestrian area
walker at Ngalah boarding house Sengonagung village.
In this research, the characteristics of pedestrians in the street doing the
movement in Pesantren ngalah Sengonagung village include the average volume of
pedestrians at peak hours as much as 186 org / min and an average speed of
pedestrians is 56.09 m / min and density ( Density ) pedestrian amounted to 3.42
org / m / min . Preferences society on an analysis of the level of expectation and
performance of the needs of pedestrian facilities obtained the elements outlined
and divided into two parts into diangram Cartesian order to know the relationship
between the interests or wishes of society to the level of performance or
satisfaction of pedestrian facilities in the boarding school relented Village
Sengonagung
