Abstract

Salah satu upaya Bandara Soekarno Hatta dalam rangka
mengatasi pertumbuhan penumpang sebesar 19,2%, maka
dibangun dan dikembangkannya fasilitas Terminal 3 Ultimate
(T3). Salah satu komponen utama dalam fasilitas Terminal 3
tersebut adalah area curbside yang merupakan tempat
perpindahan moda. Oleh karena itu, tingkat pelayanan (Level Of
Service) curbside Terminal 3 Bandar Udara Internasional
Soekarno Hatta ini perlu dievaluasi sebagai penyebab lamanya
proses naik turun penumpang saat berpindah moda. Tugas akhir
ini melakukan analisis kebutuhan panjang curbside berdasarkan
pergerakan penumpang saat peak hour mengacu pada SNI 03-
1726-2004 dan Airport Cooperative Research Program, serta
dampak terhadap curbside apabila monorail beroperasi. Dalam
studi ini digunakan Terminal 2 Juanda sebagai Terminal analog
guna mendapatkan pola hubungan antara jadwal keberangkatan
dengan kedatangan penumpang maupun kendaraan di area
curbside. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah berdasarkan peraturan
SNI-03-1726-2004, Terminal 3 Ultimate Bandara Soekarno Hatta
memiliki kebutuhan panjang curbside sebesar 864 meter dengan
tingkat LOS F pada saat peak hour dan 60% penumpang perlu
dialihkan menggunakan monorail agar memiliki LOS A.
Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil penelitian Airport Cooperative
Research Program, Terminal 3 Ultimate Bandara Soekarno
Hatta memiliki kebutuhan panjang curbside sebesar 1291 meter dengan tingkat LOS F pada saat peak hour dan 80% penumpang
perlu dialihkan menggunakan monorail agar memiliki LOS A.

One of the efforts from Soekarno Hatta airport to solve
passenger growth problem which is about 19,2%, is to build and
develop the Terminal 3 Ultimate facility (T3). One of the main
components at the Terminal 3 Ultimate facility is curbside area
which is the place of modal movement. Therefore, the Level Of
Service of International Airport Soekarno Hatta’s curbside
should be evaluated as a cause passengers up and down within
the length of process when switching modes. This final project
will analyze the need of curbside length by the movement of
passengers during peak hours according to SNI 03-1726-2004
and Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP), as well as
the impact on the curbside when the monorail operates. In this
final project used Terminal 2 Juanda as analog terminal in order
to obtain the pattern of the relationship between scheduled
departure with the arrival of passengers and vehicles in the area
curbside. The result based on regulation SNI 03-1726-2004,
Terminal 3 Ultimate of Soekarno Hatta Airport has curbside
length requirement of 864 meters with the level of LOS F during
peak hours and 60% of passengers need to be transferred using a
monorail should moved to LOS A. While based on research
Airport Cooperative Research Program, Terminal 3 Ultimate of
Soekarno Hatta Airport has curbside length requirement of 1291
meters with the level of LOS F during peak hours and 80% of
passengers need to be transferred using the monorail to have
LOS A.
