Abstract

Berdasarkan peninjauan lapangan oleh Dinas Pekerjan Umum Bina Marga Kota Surabaya, Wilayah Morokrembangan dan Sekitarnya merupakan kawasan rawan bencana banjir. Daerah ini sangat padat dengan pemukiman dan industri, terdapat banyak perumahan dan juga pertokoan. Untuk mengetahui penyebab dari banjir dan genangan di kawasan ini perlu dilakukan survey lapangan dari dua titik rumah pompa yang akan ditinjau. Sistem drainase yang di normalisasi hanya yang berhubungan langsung dengan wilayah Morokrembangan Surabaya. Dimana yang di normalisasi meliputi dimensi saluran, kapasitas saluran dan volume kebutuhan kolam tampung Rumah Pompa Ikan Mungsing. Tahapan perhitungan meliputi perhitungan curah hujan rencana menggunakan Metode Log Person Type III, perhitungan waktu konsentrasi menggunakan rumus Kirpich Formula, perhitungan debit banjir rencana menggunakan rumus Metode Rasional dan juga menggunakan perhitungan volume kolam tampung. Kemudian dapat diketahui berapa volume kolam tampung Ikan Mungsing setelah Saluran Morokrembangan di normalisasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan perhitungan, debit benjir rencana yang melimpas di Saluran Sekunder Morokrembangan 4 periode ulang 5 tahun sebesar 21.13 m3 /detik.

Based on field survey by the Department of Public Highways the job of Surabaya, regional Morokrembangan area is an area prone to flood. The area is many of population with settlements and industry, there are many houses and shops. To find out the causes of flooding and inundation in the region needs to do a field survey of two points of the pump house will be reviewed. Drainage system in the normalization only that relates directly to the territory Morokrembangan Surabaya. Where is that in the normalization of covering the dimensions of the channel, the channel capacity and volume capacity needs of an Ikan Mungsing Pump House. Stages calculation includes the calculation of rainfall using a method plan Log Person Type III, the computation time of concentration using method of Kirpich Formula, the calculation of flood discharge plan using Rational Method formula and also use the volume calculation capacity of the pool. Then it can be seen how the volume capacity of the storage of Ikan Mungsing after channel Morokrembangan in normalization. Based on the analysis and calculation, flood discharge overflow channel 4 Morokrembangan secondary return period of 5 years at 21.13 m3 /sec.
