Abstract

Dalam pemisahan minyak diseparator 3 fasa, untuk
mendapatkan proses pemisahan yang sempurna dilakukan
pengendalian proses, khususnya tekanan. Karena adanya proses
pengendalian, maka perlu untuk adanya pengaman pada tekanan
agar tidak terjadi bahaya selama prosesnya. Oleh karena itu,
dilakukan pembuatan tugas akhir ini mengenai rancang bangun
safety instrumented function untuk pressure pada separator 3 fasa.
Sistem pengaman yang digunakan yaitu mode kontrol on-off
(digital) dengan setpoint 25 psi (high pressure) dan 35 psi(highhigh pressure). Adapun instrumen yang digunakan yaitu
mikrokontroler arduino uno, final element berupa Solenoid Valve
Asco 8320G203 dan elemen transmisi, Pressure Transmitter
Altronic Press. Sensor P/N 691201-1. Dari data yang diperoleh
didapatkan penggolongan safety berdasarkan safety integrity level
(SIL) yaitu SIL 1 dengan hasil perhitungan nilai pfd yaitu
0,00917321 (pressure transmitter), 0,0109 (mikro), 0,03406966
(psv) sehingga didapatkan pfd total yaitu 0,05414287 dengan
gambar FTA (fault tree analysis) menggunakan OR. Dari hasil
running sistem didapat nilai jarak antara waktu pembacaan dan
bukaan valve dengan kepekaan pressure transmitter yang tinggi
yaitu 0,38s.

In separation of oil in separator 3 phase, to get perfect separation
needs control of process, especially pressure. Because of there are
control process,so it’s impotant to install a safety accessory of
pressure for minimize the danger. So that, this final project made
about design and build safety instrumented function for separator
3 phase. Safety system which use is on-off contol mode (digital)
with setpoint 25psi (high pressure) and 35psi (high-high pressure).
The instruments which used are microcontroller arduino uno,
Solenoid Valve Asco 8320G203 as final safety element, and
transmition element, Pressure Transmitter Altronic Press. Sensor
P/N 691201-1. From the data obtained safety classification
obtained by the safety integrity level ( SIL ) is SIL 1 with the
calculated value of the PFD is 0.00917321 (pressure
transmitter),0.0109 ( micro ),0.03406966 ( psv ) to obtain the total
PFD is 0,05414287 with the picture FTA (fault tree analysis) using
OR. From this running system got the time value among pressure
sensors and respons of valves with high sensitivity of pressure
transmitter is 0,38s
