Abstract

Sebagai suatu kampus ternama di Indonesia Institut Teknologi
Sepuluh Nopember memiliki reputasi yang baik dalam hal output
lulusannya. Selain dari kualitas akademik, kualitas pelayanan
khususnya dalam hal teknis dan kebersihan menjadi bagian penting
dalam proses perkuliahan. Tanggung jawab utama akan pelayanan
teknis dan kebersihan berada pada tiap jurusan yang yang memiliki
beberapa karyawan baik kebersihan dan teknisi dengan jobdesk masing
– masing. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efektifitas dari kinerja
karyawan dilakukan analisis dengan mengamati partisipasi kerja dan
kinerja baik secara subjektif maupun objektif. Berdasarkan hasil
analisis diperoleh rata – rata partisipasi kerja karyawan meningkat dari
pengamatan minggu pertama sebesar 56,2% menjadi 63,8% pada
minggu kedua dengan proporsi partisipasi kerja karyawan teknisi lebih
besar daripada unit kebersihan. Sementara pada UC proporsi kerja
berkisar antara 80% hingga 90% lebih besar daripada proporsi
karyawan unit kebersihan jurusan Statistika ITS. Secara objektif kinerja
karyawan kebersihan pada lantai satu dan taman jurusan Statistika ITS
belum kapabel dengan level sigma kualitas kebersihan di jurusan
statistika ITS berkisar antara dua dan tiga. Secara subjektif sebagian
besar responden menyatakan bahwa lantai satu dan taman dalam
keadaan bersih yaitu sebesar 76% sedangkan yang menjawab tidak
bersih adalah 24%.

Apart from the academic quality, service quality, especially in
terms of technical and hygiene becomes an important part in the
lecture. The main responsibility will be the technical service and
cleanliness are at each department has several employees who
are good hygiene and technicians with jobdesk each - each. To
determine the extent to which the effectiveness of employee
performance analysis by observing the work participation and
performance both subjectively and objectively. Based on the
results obtained by analysis of the average - average
participation of employees increased from observations of the
first week of 56.2% to 63.8% in the second week with the
proportion of employee participation outweigh technicians
hygiene unit. While at UC proportion of the working range from
80% to 90% greater than the proportion of employee hygiene
units Statistics ITS department. Employee performance
objectively cleanliness on the first floor and garden department
Statistics ITS yet capable with sigma quality level of cleanliness
in the department of statistics ITS ranged between two and three.
Subjectively most respondents stated that the first floor and
garden in a clean state, namely by 76% while the answer is not
clean is 24%.
