Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prevalensi, intensitas, dan profil darah pada ikan kakap putih (Lates calcarifer) yang dipelihara di KJA Sendang Biru. Sebanyak 30 ikan kakap putih (L. Calcarifer) diambil dari KJA Sendang Biru dengan umur tebar H-0 hingga H-60. Pengambilan sampel darah dan usus ikan dilakukan sebanyak 5 kali yaitu H-0 hingga H-60 setelah penebaran. Sampel darah diambil melalui vena caudalis dan diamati menggunakan hemasitometer. Parameter yang digunakan adalah jumlah eritrosit dan leukosit. Analisis endoparasit dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel usus ikan dari anterior intestine hingga posterior rectum. Jenis endoparasit yang ditemukan adalah Diphyllobothrium dan Pseudoterranova dengan masing-masing prevalensi 10% dan 3,33%. Sedangkan Intensitas parasit Diphyllobothrium adalah 2,33 individu/ikan dan Pseudoterranova 1 inidividu/ikan. Hasil penghitungan total eritrosit dari H-0 hingga H-60 mengalami penurunan hingga jumlah terkecil yaitu 0,51 x 106 sel/mm3. Hasil penghitungan total leukosit berada di atas jumlah rata-rata normal leukosit dengan umlah rata-rata leukosit 7,78 x 104 sel/mm3. Jumlah leukosit tertinggi 9,2 x 104 sel/mm3 pada H-0 setelah penebaran dan cenderung menurun setelah H-0. ======================================================================== This study aims to determine the condition of seabass under mariculture in floating cage, Sendang Biru, Malang. Thirty of seabass (Lates calcarifer) with Day 0 to Day 60 after stocking age was taken from Sendang Biru floating cage. Blood and intestine samples was taken five times from D 0 to Day 60 after stocking age. Blood samples was carried out through caudal vein and observed using hemocytometer. Endoparasite analyisis was performed by fish intestine examination, from anterior intestine part to posterior rectum. Pseudoterranova and Diphyllobothrium were found with 10% and 3,33% prevalence. The instensity of Pseudoterranova was 1 individual/fish and Diphyllobothrium was 2,33 individuals/fish. The level of erythrocytes decreased from Day 0 to Day 60 after stocking age to the smallest level of 0,51 x 106 cells/mm3. The result of the leukocytes level was greater than normal leukocytes level with average level of the leukocyte was 7,78 x 104 cells/mm3. Highest level of 9,2 x 104 cells/mm3 at Day 0 and leukocyte level tend to decrease until Day 60.
