Abstract

Tingginya jumlah kendaraan setiap tahun yang tidak sebanding dengan pembangunan insfrastruktur jalan menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya kemacetan. Permasalahan seperti itu terjadi di kota-kota besar seperti Kota Surabaya. Berdasarkan data Regional Traffic Management Center (RTMC) Polda Jatim, di Surabaya ada beberapa jalan yang menjadi langganan macet terutama di jam-jam kerja, salah satunya terjadi di sekitar persimpangan Bundaran Dolog atau Taman Pelangi. Kendaraan dari arah Waru yang akan menuju ke Jemursari kerap berebut jalan, padahal kawasan ini sudah lebar. Penyebab lainnya karena adanya penyempitan jalur akibat persimpangan sebidang antara perlintasan kereta api di sisi timur Jalan Ahmad Yani dengan Jalan Jemursari. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan kemacetan yang ada di sekitar Bundaran Dolog, Surabaya, maka pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan perancangan geometrik simpang susun Jalan Raya Jemursari – Jalan Ahmad Yani, Kota Surabaya. Dalam proses metodologi pada tugas akhir ini akan dibahas tentang pemilihan tipe simpang tak sebidang berdasarkan Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga, 2005 dan menggunakan metode multikriteria dari studi terdahulu kemudian perancangan geometrik simpang susun yang meliputi alinemen vertikal dan alinemen horizontal berdasarkan Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga, 1997 dan geometrik ramp berdasarkan Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga 2009. Serta perencanaan marka dan rambu lalu lintas berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri No. 13 Tahun 2014 dan No. 34 Tahun 2014. Dari hasil perencanaan yang dilakukan, dihasilkan tipe Semi Directional (semi langsung) untuk tipe simpang susun dan untuk perencanaan geometriknya dihasilkan 5 tikungan, dengan tipe tikungan Full Circle dengan jari-jari terbesar 80 meter dan panjang lengkung peralihan terbesar 120,35 meter. Sedangkan untuk perencanaan ramp dihasilkan 5 ramp dengan tipe Full Circle dengan jari-jari terbesar 90 meter dan taper minimal sepanjang 10 meter. Rambu lalu lintas direncanakan terdapat 14 buah dengan 4 macam marka jalan. ================================================================================================================== The high number of vehicles every year that is not comparable with the construction of road infrastructure is one of the causes of congestion. Another cause is due to the narrowing of the lane due to a level crossing between the railroad crossing on the east side of Jalan Ahmad Yani with Jalan Jemursari. To overcome the congestion problems that exist around the Dolog Roundabout, Surabaya, the final project is to do the geometric design of the intersection of the Jemursari Highway - Ahmad Yani, Surabaya. In the methodology process in this thesis will be discussed about the selection of uneven intersection types based on the Directorate General of Highways, 2005 and using the multi-criteria method from previous studies then the geometric design of interchanges including vertical alignments and horizontal alignments based on the Directorate General of Highways, 1997 and geometric The ramp is based on the 2009 Directorate General of Highways and the planning of traffic signs and signs based on Ministerial Regulation No. 13 of 2014 and No. 34 of 2014. From the results of the planning carried out, a Semi Directional type is generated for the type of interchange and for geometric planning there are 5 bends, Full Circle types with maximum fingers are 80 meters long and the transition maximum length is 120,25 meters. Whereas for the ramp planning, 5 ramps Ful Circle types with the maximum largest radius of 90 meters and a taper length minimum 10 meters. There are 14 traffic signs planned with 4 type road markings.
