Abstract

Konservasi arthropoda musuh alami dapat dilakukan dengan
memodifikasi habitat lahan budidaya, salah satunya
menggunakan perimeter trap crop. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah
mengetahui bagaimana aplikasi perimeter trap crop dengan
Crotalaria juncea L. di lahan tembakau (Nicotiana tabacum L.)
dapat membantu konservasi Arthropoda musuh alami.
Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan yellow pan trap,
sweep net dan metode hand collecting. Keanekaragaman
diketahui menggunakan Indeks Shannon-Wiener, sedangkan tren
kelimpahan predator terhadap arthropoda parasitoid diketahui
menggunakan uji regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
aplikasi perimeter trap crop dengan C. juncea L. di lahan
tembakau dapat membantu konservasi arthropoda musuh alami
pada semua fase pertumbuhan tembakau. Hasil ini dibuktikan
adanya peningkatan kelimpahan spesies arthropoda predator dan
parasitoid serta meningkatnya nilai indeks Shannon - Wiener
(H’) pada semua fase pertumbuhan tembakau. Tren kelimpahan
artrhopoda predator terhadap arhtropoda parasitoid
menunjukkan tren linier positif. Setiap kenaikan kelimpahan 100
individu artropoda predator mampu meningkatkan kelimpahan
artrhropoda parasitoid di lahan kontrol sebesar 35 Individu dan
di lahan modifikasi sebesar 18 individu

Conservation of arthropods natural enemies can be done
by modifying the agricultural field, using such as perimeter trap
crop. Applications of Crotalaria juncea L. as trap crop on some
of cultivated plants which known to attract natural enemies. The
aim of this study is to apply perimeter trap crop using C. juncea
L. in tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) field can help conservation
of Arthropods natural enemies. Sampling was conducted using
yellow pan trap, sweep net and collecting hand method. On
Anylisis of Diversity using Shannon-weaner diversity index, and
the abundance trend between predators and parasitoids using
linear regression test. result of trap crop perimeter application
with C.juncea L. in N. tabacum L. lawn may helps natural
enemies athropods conservation at every phase of tobacco
growth. this result prove if there are increases of predator and
parasitoid athropod species abundant also increasing value of
Shannon-wiener diversity index (H') at every growth phase of
tobacco. Predator athropods abundance trend show linear positive
trend, every 100 predator athropods individual increase impacts
again increasing of parasitoid athropods abundance in control
field as much as 35 individual and modificated lawn as much as
18 individual
