Abstract

=========================================================
At present, standalone power generation is a necessity seeing more and more electricity demand that is not matched by the existing electricity supply. It is undeniable that remote and even urban areas also need independent power plants that are easily applied. The use of BLDC generators as independent power plants is an option because in terms of construction that does not require special maintenance, is easy to carry anywhere and the prices are quite cheap. In addition, the use and selection of battery types are very necessary for mini power generation systems as energy storage. However, a voltage control system is needed to increase the efficiency of the BLDC generator and extend battery life. Therefore, it requires the implementation of the rectification method which serves to rectify the 3 phase voltage to DC voltage. Bidirectional Buck-Boost Converter is also needed which can increase/decrease the voltage for optimal battery charging with the constant current method while simultaneously delivering power to the DC load.
