Abstract

ULP Way Halim merupakan salah satu rayon di kota Bandar Lampung dengan pertumbuhan yang cukup pesat, dimana diproyeksikan terdapat kenaikan pertumbuhan beban listrik sekitar 43% pada tahun 2030. Maka dari itu, perlu direncanakan suatu kajian masterplan mengenai sistem kelistrikan distribusi 20 kV yang lebih andal dalam menghadapi pertumbuhan beban ini. Untuk mengetahui kondisi sistem eksisting dan kondisi sistem tahun 2030, pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan permodelan, simulasi, dan analisis sistem menggunakan software ETAP 16.0.0 dengan metode Reliability Index Assessment (RIA) untuk mengetahui nilai aliran daya serta indeks keandalan. Parameter keandalan sistem mempertimbangkan nilai SAIDI dan SAIFI. Guna meningkatkan nilai keandalan sistem pada tahun 2030, dilakukan skenario rekonfigurasi jaringan dengan pengoperasian komponen switching eksisting serta memperhatikan batasan operasional tegangan dan arus pada sistem. Setelah dilakukan rekonfigurasi jaringan, nilai SAIDI dan SAIFI yang awalnya sebesar 44.0269 (jam/tahun) dan 12.7611 (kali/tahun), menjadi 42.8049 (jam/tahun) dan 12.6339 (kali/tahun). Hal ini membuktikan penerapan rekonfigurasi jaringan dapat meningkatan keandalan sistem kelistrikan ULP Way Halim pada tahun 2030. ========================================================================================================== ULP Way Halim is a rayon in the city of Bandar Lampung with quite rapid growth, where there is a projected increase in electricity load growth of around 43% by 2030. Therefore, a masterplan study on the electricity system of the 20 kV distribution which is more reliable in 2030 facing this growing burden. To determine the condition of the existing system and the condition of the system in 2030, in this final project modeling, simulation, and analysis of the system using ETAP 16.0.0 software with the Reliability Index Assessment (RIA) method to determine the value of power flow and reliability index. System reliability parameters consider the value of SAIDI and SAIFI. In order to increase the value of system reliability in 2030, a network reconfiguration scenario is performed with the operation of the existing switching components and taking into account operational limits on voltage and current in the system. After the network reconfiguration, the SAIDI and SAIFI values started at 44.0269 (hours / year) and 12.7611 (times / year), becoming 42.8049 (hours / year) and 12.6339 (times / year). This proves the application of network reconfiguration can increase the reliability of the Way Halim ULP electricity system in 2030.
