Abstract

Mangrove merupakan salah satu ekosistem yang khas diwilayah pesisir. Mangrove memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan biologis ekosistem pesisir. Adanya faktorfaktor dinamis lingkungan menjadi salah satu penyebab hutan mangrove mengalami kerusakan. Perubahan muka air laut,terjadinya abrasi maupun adanya kegiatan alih fungsi lahan,secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi kondisi lahan mangrove. Untuk mengetahui perubahan kondisi lahan mangrove dilakukan indetifikasi menggunakan teknologi penginderaan jauh dengan memanfaatkan citra satelit yang semakin berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perubahan luas dan kerapatan lahan mangrove di wilayah Kecamatan Sayung, Kabupaten Demak menggunakan data citra satelit multitemporal Sentinel 2 Level 1C. Perhitungan perubahan luas menggunakan metode maximum likelihood serta indetifikasi indeks kerapatan mangrove menggunakan algoritma Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), dan perubahan muka air laut direpresentasikan menggunakan nilai Mean Sea Level.Nilai Overall Accuracy tutupan lahan sebesar 81,2% dengan kappa koefisien sebesar 81,04%. Nilai luas lahan mangrove berdasarkan bulan akuisisi citra ditahun 2016-2019 sebesar 413,343, 480,616, 550,249 dan 331,189 ha. Dengan total perubahan luas lahan mangrove sebesar -82,15 ha. Kerapatan mangrove dibagi menjadi 5 kategori dan sebagian besar termasuk kategori kerapatan baik dengan nilai NDVI antara 0,42 – 0,72. Uji korelasi dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tutupan lahan mangrove dengan perubahan muka air laut dan sampel dilapangan. Nilai korelasi luas lahan dengan Mean Sea sebesar -0,98. Nilai korelasi NDVI Citra dengan NDVI Foto sebesar 0,97. Nilai korelasi NDVI Citra dengan pH air -0,43. Sedangkan korelasi nilai NDVI Citra dengan salinitas sebesar 0,20 serta korelasi NDVI citra dengan jenis tanah sebesar 0,13. ============================================================================================================== Mangrove is one of the typical ecosystem in the coastal area. Mangrove has an important role in maintaining the biological balance of coastal ecosystem. The dynamic environmental factor is one of the causes mangrove forest damage. The changes of sea water level, abrasion or land conversion activities, indirectly affects the condition of mangrove land. To identify the changes of mangrove land condition is done using remote sensing technology by utilizing satellite imagery that are increasingly developing. This Research aims to determine the changes in the area and density of mangrove land Sayung Subdistrict, Demak Regency using multitemporal Sentinel 2 Level 1c satellite imagery data. The calculation of the changes area using the maximum likelihood method, identification of mangrove density index using the normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) algorithm, and sea level changes are represented by using the Mean sea level value. Overall Accuracy Value of land cover is 81.2% with kappa coefficient by 81.04%. The total area of mangrove land based on the time of image acquisition in 2016-2019 is 413.343, 480.616, 550.249 and 331.189 ha. With a total change of mangrove land area -82.15 ha. The mangrove density is divided into 5 categories and most of them include a good density category with NDVI value between 0.42 – 0.72. Correlation test was conducted to analyze the relationship between mangrove cover with sea level change and sample area. The correlation value of land area with Mean Sea Level was -0.98. The correlation value of NdVI image and NDVI photos is 0.97. Then the correlation of NDVI image with pH water is -0.43. While the NDVI value of the image with salinity amounted to 0.20 and the NDVI value of image with soil type is 0.13.
