Abstract

Gedung Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Udayana yang terletak di Kota Denpasar, Bali terdiri dari 4 lantai dengan ketinggian total 14,40 m dibangun dengan konstruksi beton bertulang konvensional. Gedung ini akan direncanakan ulang dengan modifikasi penambahan lantai menjadi 14 lantai + 1 basemen yang dirancang dengan menggunakan beton bertulang pada keseluruhan lantai serta menggunakan 3 buah balok prategang dengan bentang 23,2 m pada lantai atap yang akan di desain menjadi ruang pertemuan tanpa ada struktur kolom di tengah ruangan sehingga dapat memaksimalkan fungsi dari ruang pertemuan. Gedung ini akan didesain menggunakan Sistem Ganda. Rangka utama didesain sebagai Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) dan dinding geser didesain sebagai dinding geser beton bertulang khusus karena gedung terletak di Kategori Desain Seismik D. Perencanaan akan memenuhi persyaratan keamanan struktur berdasarkan SNI 1726:2019, SNI 2847:2019 dan SNI 1727:2013. Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang telah dilaksanakan, rangka utama gedung menahan beban lateral arah X dan Y yang masing-masing sebesar 25,07% dan 25,89% sehingga syarat Sistem Ganda terpenuhi. Balok prategang pada lantai atap memiliki dimensi 500 mm x 1.200 mm dan gaya prategang awal sebesar 3.000 kN. Kehilangan gaya prategang yang di alami oleh balok sebesar 20,58%. Dinding geser memiliki tebal sebesar 40 cm dengan special boundary element pada ujung-ujung dinding geser tersebut. Pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang diameter 60 cm dengan kedalaman 27 meter. ================================================================================================================== The Faculty of Medic and Health Science Udayana University is located in Denpasar, Bali. Its 4-story building was made with a total height of 14.4 meters using a conventional reinforced concrete system. This building will be redesigned with addition up to 14 stories and 1 underground basemen using reinforced concrete and 3 prestressed beams span of 23.2 meters on its rooftop for a meeting room without any column structure in the middle to maximize the function itself. The structure of this building will be designed using a dual system. The mainframe is designed as a Special Moment Frame Structure (SRPMK) and the shear wall will be designed as a special reinforced concrete shear wall due to its characteristic classified as D Seismic Design Category. The planning will follow the structural security requirements based on 1726:2019, SNI 2847:2019, and SNI 1727:2013. Based on the analytical results that have been done, it was concluded that the mainframe of the building could withstand the lateral X and Y loads which are 23.35% and 25.48% respectively, and could fulfill the requirements of the dual system. The prestressed beams on the rooftop have dimensions of 500 mm x 1,200mm and prestressing force of 3,000 kN. The loss of prestressed force is 20.58%. The thickness of the shearwall is 40 cm with a special boundary element at the ends of the shearwall. The foundation uses a pile diameter of 60 cm with a depth of 27 meters.
