Abstract

Ketersediaan cadangan minyak dan gas bumi yang semakin menipis menyebabkan pemerintah berupaya untuk meningkatkan cadangan minyak dan gas bumi. Salah satu cara pemerintah mencapai hal tersebut adalah dengan melakukan eksploitasi minyak dan gas bumi melalui badan usaha milik negara (BUMN). PT Pertamina EP adalah salah satu anak perusahaan dari perusahaan BUMN milik Indonesia yaitu PT Pertamina (Persero) yang berfokus pada kegiatan eksplorasi dan eksploitasi minyak dan gas bumi. PT Pertamina EP memiliki lima area kerja (asset), yang terbagi lagi menjadi 22 field yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia, salah satunya adalah Poleng Field yang merupakan field offshore milik PT Pertamina EP. Sebagai salah satu field offshore yang dimiliki PT Pertamina EP, Poleng Field memerlukan supply chain management (SCM) yang tepat dan efektif. Salah satu cara untuk mengendalikan SCM adalah dengan pengendalian risiko pada kegiatan manajemen rantai pasok Poleng Field. Dalam pelaksanaan manajemen risiko rantai pasok, perlu didukung dengan adanya pengelolaan risiko yang dievaluasi secara terus menerus oleh perusahaan. PT Pertamina EP Asset 4: Poleng Field sampai saat ini belum pernah melakukan evaluasi kesiapan perusahaan dalam melaksanakan supply chain risk management (SCRM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan PT Pertamina EP Asset 4: Poleng Field dalam menerapkan SCRM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan prioritas perusahaan pada proses SCRM dan metode Likert Summated Ratings (LSR) untuk melakukan penilaian kesiapan pada masing-masing proses SCRM. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa nilai kesiapan manajemen risiko rantai pasok 3,9904. Dengan jumlah enam belas indikator penilaian yang sesuai dengan proses manajemen risiko rantai pasok di Poleng Field, terdapat tujuh indikator yang nilainya sedikit dibawah dari nilai kesiapan manajemen risiko pada kegiatan rantai pasok perusahaan. Sehingga perusahaan masuk dalam kategori siap dalam melaksanakan manajemen risiko. ======================================================================================================== The reduced availability of oil and gas reserves has caused the government to strive to increase oil and gas reserves. One way for the government to achieve this is by exploiting oil and gas through state-owned enterprises (BUMN). PT Pertamina EP is a subsidiary of an Indonesian state-owned company, PT Pertamina (Persero) which focuses on oil and gas exploration and exploitation activities. PT Pertamina EP has five work areas (asset), which are subdivided into 22 fields spread throughout Indonesia, one of which is Poleng Field which is an offshore field owned by PT Pertamina EP. As one of the offshore fields owned by PT Pertamina EP, Poleng Field requires an appropriate and effective supply chain management (SCM). One way to control SCM is by risk management in the Poleng Field SCM activities. In the implementation of supply chain risk management, it needs to be supported by the existence of risk management that is continuously evaluated by the company. PT Pertamina EP Asset 4: Poleng Field to date has never evaluated the company's readiness in carrying out supply chain risk management (SCRM). This study aims to determine the readiness of PT Pertamina EP Asset 4: Poleng Field in implementing SCRM. This study uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the company's priorities in the SCRM process and the Likert Summated Ratings (LSR) method to assess readiness in each SCRM process. With a total of sixteen indicators that are in accordance with the supply chain risk management process in Poleng Field, there are seven indicators whose value is slightly below the value of risk management readiness in the company's supply chain activities. Because of that, the company is included in the category of ready to implement the risk management.
