Abstract
Minyak dan gas bumi merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok umat manusia yang sangat penting. Hal ini berimbas kepada kebutuhan minyak dan gas bumi sebagai bahan bakar yang semakin hari semakin tinggi. Akibatnya perusahan yang bergerak dibidang industri minyak dan gas bumi terus melakukan perluasan lahan eksploitasi minyak secara berkala guna memenuhi tingginya kebutuhan tersebut. Salah satu lokasi perluasan lahan eksploitasi minyak ini berada di Kecamatan Gayam, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Dengan adanya kegiatan perluasan lahan eksploitasi minyak ini munculah dampak-dampak yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat sekitar area perluasan lahan eksploitasi minyak. Dari dampak dampak tersebut penulis melakukan pemodelan untuk menentukan kawasan terdampak perluasan lahan eksploitasi minyak serta dampak yang paling besar dirasakan oleh masyarakat di Kecamatan Gayam. Parameter yang digunakan untuk menentukan kawasan terdampak perluasan lahan eksploitasi minyak adalah kepadatan penduduk, jarak terhadap lokasi perluasan lahan eksploitasi minyak, dan penggunaan lahan. Sedangkan dampak yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat sekitar dibagi menjadi 3 yaitu dampak ekonomi, dampak sosial, dan dampak lingkungan. Terdapat dua tahapan pengolahan dalam penentuan kawasan terdampak perluasan lahan eksploitasi minyak serta dampak yamg paling besar dirasakan oleh masyarakat di Kecamatan Gayam yaitu penggolahan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis dan pengolahan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan Peta Kawasan Terdampak Perluasan Lahan Eksploitasi Minyak di Kecamatam Gayam dengan Desa yang memiliki potensi terdampak paling besar adalah Drsa Ngraho dan desa yang paling kecil berpotensi terdampak adalah Desa Ceklungkung dan Desa Gayam. Yang kedua dihasilkan Peta Dampak Perluasan Lahan Eksploitasi Minyak dengan dampak yang paling besar dirasakan oleh masyarakat sekitar adalah dampak sosial yaiti sebesar 69%. Oil and gas is one of the most important human needs. This has an impact on the need for oil and gas as fuel which is gretting higher. As a result, compqines engaged in the petroleun industry continue to expand oil exploitation lands regularly to meet the high demand. One og the locations of this oil exploration expansion is in Gayam District, Bojonegoro Regency. With this oil exploration expansion activity. Impact will be felt by the community araound the oil exploitation expansion area. From these imapct the writer made a modeling to determine the area affwcted by the expansion of oil exploitation land and the greatest impact f3lt by the community in Gayam District. The parameter used to determine the area affected by oil exploration land expansion are population density, distance to the location of oil exploitation expansion land, and land use. While the impavt felt by the surroundinh community is divided into 3 namely economic impact, social impact, adn the greatest impavt felt by thecommunity in Gayam District, namely processing usinh the GIS and AHP method. Form this study produced an Oil Exploitation Area Affected Area Expected Area Map in Gayam Sudistrict whit the village that has the greatest potential impact value is Ngraho Village and the village has the least potential value is Ceklungkung Village and Gayam Village. The second result is a an Impact Mal of Oil Exploitation Land Expansion whit the greatest impact felt by the surrounding community is a sosial impact of 69%.
