Abstract

3 fasa pada workshop instrumentasi, dimana terdapat separator
yang dikendalikan ketinggiannya agar tidak terjadi pengurangan
tekanan. Sensor yang digunakan dalam sistem safety level ini
adalah sensor photodioda. Untuk memudahkan proses safety ini,
digunakannya microcontroller ATMega 8535. Dengan adanya
safety otomatis ini apabila level air pada dengan set point highhigh
yang terukur photodioda tidak menerima cahaya atau cahaya
yang akan masuk terhalang, maka photodioda mengeluarkan nilai
tegangan rata-rata ± 4,647 V dengan ADC 237 akan menyalakan
alarm dan membuka selenoid valve. Nilai tegangan yang keluar
dari photodioda Dari pengujian sensor untuk keadaan set point
Low-Low photodioda tidak menerima cahaya atau cahaya yang
akan masuk terhalang, maka photodioda mengeluarkan nilai
tegangan rata-rata ± 4,196 V dengan ADC 205, akan menutup
selenoid valve, agar level water tetap terjaga. Dari data yang
diperoleh didapatkan penggolongan safety berdasarkan safety integrity
level (SIL) yaitu SIL 1

not receive light or the light will enter obstructed, then the
photodiode issuing value of the average voltage ± 4.196 V with
ADC 205, will close the solenoid valve so that the water level is
maintained. From the data obtained safety classification obtained
by the safety integrity level ( SIL ) is SIL 1
