Abstract

Perubahan kampung menjadi kampung wisata dapat menyebabkan perubahan pada struktur ekonomi, sosial, budaya dan lingkungan. Hal tersebut juga berpengaruh pada pola pikir, kognisi, wilayah pribadi, kenyamanan, aktivitas dan batas-batas kepemilikan dari warga kampung untuk dapat membentuk dan mengubah ruang yang ada di sekitar hunian mereka khususnya pada teras rumah. Bentuk dari perubahan tersebut berkaitan dengan pergeseran struktur teritori pada teras rumah tersebut. Sehingga penelitian ini akan mengangkat permasalahan pergeseran teritori akibat adanya pengembangan pariwisata di kampung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pergeseran teritori yang terjadi dan melihat bagaimana masyarakat kampung melakukan adaptasi secara spasial pada huniannya untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada, serta faktor-faktor yang berkaitan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma naturalistik dan strategi kualitatif, dimana bermaksud untuk menentukan adanya realitas objektif secara independen dari pengamat. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan melalui observasi, behavioral mapping, dan wawancara mendalam . Selanjutnya data yang terkumpul dianalisa dengan menyimpulakan dari kesesuaian rentetan informasi yang didapat. Kemudian hasil dari simpulan tersebut divalidasi dengan menggunakan metode triangulasi sumber untuk dapat menyimpulkan dan memverifikasi kebenaran dari informasi dan data yang telah diperoleh. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pergeseran teritori yang terjadi pada teras hunian terdapat 2 pergeseran yaitu peningkatan dan penurunan. Selanjutnya sebagian besar bentuk adaptasi yang dilakukan dengan cara memodifikasi ruang teras menjadi fungsi lain. Terdapat faktor internal dan eksternal yang berpengaruh dan mendorong untuk terjadinya pergeseran dan bentuk adaptasi. Setelah mengetahui bentuk adaptasi dan pergeseran teritori maka didapatkan beberapa strategi yang digunakan sebagai usulan dalam pemgembangan Kampung Pelangi lebih lanjut. ======================================================== Changing the village to become a tourist village can cause changes to the economic, social, cultural, and environmental structure. It also affects the mindset, cognition, personal area, comfort, activity, and ownership boundaries of the villagers to be able to shape and change the space around their dwellings, especially on the terrace of the house. The shape of the change is related to the shifting of the structure of the territory on the terrace of the house. So this research will raise the issue of shifting territory due to the development of tourism in the village. The purpose of this study is to determine the territorial shifts that occur and see how villagers adapt spatially to their homes to overcome existing problems, as well as related factors. This study uses naturalistic paradigms and qualitative strategies, which intend to determine the existence of objective reality independently of the observer. Data collection methods used by observation, behavioral mapping, and in-depth interviews. Furthermore, the data collected is analyzed by concluding from the suitability of the sequence of information obtained. Then the results of these conclusions are validated using the source triangulation method to be able to deduce and verify the truth of the information and data that has been obtained. The final results of this study explain that the shift in territory that occurred on the terrace occupancy there are 2 shifts, namely increase and decrease. Furthermore, most forms of adaptation are done by modifying the terrace space into other functions. There are internal and external factors that influence and encourage the occurrence of shifts and forms of adaptation. After knowing the forms of adaptation and shifting territory, several strategies were used as proposals in the further development of Kampung Pelangi.
