Abstract

Ocean Farm ITS sebagai salah satu perkembangan teknologi budidaya ikan lepas pantai yang terintegrasi dalam tahap fabrikasi. Analisa lanjutan berupa analisa transportasi struktur KJA OFITS perlu diperhatikan. Hal ini disebabkan bentuk fisik struktur yang berbentuk segi delapan. Dengan latar belakang tersebut, analisa transportasi berupa towing akan diaplikasikan pada struktur KJA OFITS dari lokasi fabrikasi ke lokasi instalasi di Pantai Sendang Biru, Malang. Analisa berupa skenario struktur menggunakan dua buah kapal dengan posisi yang sejajar dan pada masing-masing mengakomodasi dua tali yang dikaitkan pada struktur. Analisa dilanjutkan dengan analisis beban lingkungan terhadap struktur untuk mengetahui nilai required bollard pull dengan variasi towing speed 2 knot, 4 knot dan 6 knot masing-masing sebesar 173.92 kN; 305.06 kN dan 467.50 kN. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut, didapat nilai tension maksimum pada empat tali terhadap variasi towing speed 2 knot, 4 knot dan 6 knot sebesar 52.07 kN; 91.34 kN dan 139.97 kN. Analisis untuk mengetahui kekuatan struktur ketika ditarik berupa analisis global dan lokal. Analisis global menggunakan software SACS didapat nilai UC terbesar pada variasi towing speed 2 knot, 4 knot dan 6 knot masing-masing sebesar 0.29; 0.35 dan 0.50. Sedangkan, analisis tegangan von mises menggunakan software ANSYS didapat nilai sebesar 1.638 MPa pada towing speed 6 knot dengan batas kriteria 90% yield strength dan tidak mengalami deformasi terhadap variasi towing speed. ============================================================================================= Ocean Farm ITS as one of the developments of integrated offshore aquaculture technology in the stage of fabrication. Further analysis in the form of transportation analysis of Offshore Aquaculture OFITS structure needs to be considered. This is due to the physical shape of the octagonal structure. According this background, transportation analysis in the form of towing will be applied to the Offshore Aquaculture OFITS structure from the fabrication location to the installation location at Sendang Biru Beach, Malang. Analysis in the form of structural scenarios uses two ships with parallel positions and each accommodates two ropes that are attached to the structure. The analysis is continued with an analysis of the environmental load on the structure to determine the required bollard pull with the towing speed variation of 2 knots, 4 knots, and 6 knots each of 173.92 kN; 305.06 kN and 467.50 kN. Based on this value, the maximum tension value of the four ropes to the towing speed variation of 2 knots, 4 knots, and 6 knots was 52.07 kN; 91.34 kN and 139.97 kN. Analysis to determine the strength of the structure when drawn in the form of global and local analysis. Global analysis using SACS obtained the largest UC value in the variation of towing speed of 2 knots, 4 knots, and 6 knots each of 0.29; 0.35 and 0.50. Meanwhile, von mises stress analysis using ANSYS obtained a value of 1,638 MPa at a towing speed of 6 knots with a criteria limit of 90% yield strength and deformation does not occur of the towing speed variations.
