Abstract

Pelabuhan Belawan merupakan pelabuhan umum yang terletak di Pantai Timur Laut Sumatera Utara dan berada di bawah manajemen PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero). Di dalam pelabuhan, terjadi berbagai kegiatan meliputi berlabuhnya kapal, perpindahan penumpang, serta bongkar muat kargo dan peti kemas. Masalah yang sering terjadi pada pelabuhan ini adalah penumpukan sedimentasi yang menyebabkan pendangkalan pada kolam labuh. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan kapal kandas dan membahayakan keselamatan pelayaran. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengerukan untuk mendapatkan kedalaman yang sesuai. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini akan dilakukan analisa mengenai metode yang paling efektif dan efisien berdasarkan durasi dan biaya. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan pengerukan akan dilaksanakan dengan panjang sebesar 250 m, lebar 30 m, dan kedalaman 4 m dari Low Water Spring (LWS) dan diperoleh volume material keruk sebesar 33.557,91 m3. Metode pengerukan yang dapat dilaksanakan pada kolam labuh pelabuhan Belawan ini adalah Backhoe Dredger, Grab Dredger dan Cutter Suction Dredger. Dari hasil analisa dan perhitungan durasi dan biaya maka diperoleh metode pengerukan yang paling efektif dan efisien adalah Backhoe Dredger 2 dengan durasi kerja selama 12 hari dan total biaya sebesar Rp 1.526.543.790,18. ======================================================== ========================================== Port Belawan is a public port located on the Northeast Coast of North Sumatra and is under the management of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero). Inside the port, various activities take place including the anchoring of ships, the movement of passengers, and the loading and unloading of cargo and containers. The problem that often occurs at this port is the trapped sedimentation that causes siltation in the port basin. This can cause the ship to run aground and endanger the safety of the voyage. Therefore, dredging needed to get the appropriate depth. In this Final Project, an analysis of the most effective and efficient methods based on duration and cost will be carried out. The dredging work will be carried out with a length of 250 m, width 30 m, and a depth of 4 m from the Low Water Spring (LWS), and a dredging material volume of 33,557.91 m3 is obtained. Dredging methods that can be implemented in this port are Backhoe Dredger, Grab Dredger and Cutter Suction Dredger. From the results of the analysis and calculation of duration and cost, the most effective and efficient dredging method is Backhoe Dredger 2 with a working duration of 12 days and a total cost of Rp 1,526,543,790.18.
