Abstract

Terkikisnya keaslian bangunan serta memudarnya nilai sejarah dari kampung peneleh membuat pemerintah kota Surabaya berupaya untuk membangkitkannya lagi dengan menjadikan Kampung Peneleh sebagai tempat wisata sejarah. Bertambahnya kerusakan serta kurangnya perhatian masyarakat dan lingkungan menjadi penghalang berkembangnya Kampung Wisata Peneleh. Maka dari itu peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana konsep pengembangan Kampung Wisata Peneleh yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan stakeholder. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan data kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan design thinking. Data didapatkan melalui kajian literatur serta pendapat dari informan. Dalam penelitian ini fenomenologi digunakan untuk menangkap tanggapan atau pengalaman subjektifitas manusia dan intrepretasinya akan suatu hal yaitu kondisi Kampung Wisata Peneleh. Setelah data didapatkan, dilakukan proses pencarian solusi atau konsep pengembangan menggunakan metode design thinking, yang didalamnya terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu, emphatize, define, ideate, prototype, dan terakhir test. Data di dapatkan dengan pendekatan convenience sampling dikarenakan kondisi pandemic COVID-19. Informan dari penelitian ini adalah stakeholder Kampung Wisata Peneleh. Wawancara dilakukan baik secara langsung, maupun daring. Pertanyaan wawancara meliputi apa yang mereka ketahui, apa yang mereka lakukan, masalah apa yang mereka pikirkan serta hal apa yang mereka rasakan dari kondisi Kampung Wisata Peneleh. Data dirangkum dan dikelompokkan menggunakan tools emphathy map. Define dilakukan dengan menarik ide pokok permasalahan dari emphathy map. Proses ideasi menggunacan How might we. Dari proses itu dibuatlah sebuah prototyping atau yang kemudian dilakukan testing dengan meminta pendapat expert judgement. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah serangkaian konsep pengembangan Kampung Wisata Peneleh berdasarkan kebutuhan dan keinginan stakeholder. ================================================================================================================== The changing of the authenticity of the building and the waning of the historical value of the Peneleh village made the Surabaya city government try to raise it up again by making Peneleh Village as a historical tourist spot. Increased damage and a lack of community and environmental attention are obstacles to the development of Peneleh Tourism Village. Therefore the researcher wants to know how the concept of developing Peneleh Tourism Village is in accordance with the needs and desires of stakeholders. The study was conducted using qualitative data with a phenomenological approach and design thinking. Data obtained through literature review and opinions from informants. In this research phenomenology is used to capture responses or experiences of human subjectivity and its interpretation of a matter, namely the condition of Peneleh Tourism Village. After the data is obtained, the process of finding solutions or development concepts is done using design thinking methods, which consist of five stages, namely, emphatize, define, ideate, prototype, and finally test. Data obtained by convenience sampling approach due to the condition of the COVID-19 pandemic. The informants of this study are stakeholders in Peneleh Tourism Village. Interviews were conducted both in person and online. Interview questions include what they know, what they do, what problems they think and what they feel from the condition of Peneleh Tourism Village. Data is summarized and grouped using emphathy map tools. Define is done by pulling the main idea of the problem from emphathy map. The ideation process uses How might we. From that process a prototyping is made or then testing is done by asking the opinion of expert judgment. The results of this study are a series of concepts for developing Peneleh Tourism Village based on the needs and desires of stakeholders.
