Abstract

Padatnya lalu lintas kapal dan layout dermaga yang tegak lurus terhadap arah datang arus dianggap kurang menguntungkan bagi dermaga aktif seperti dermaga domestik PT TPS karena sedimen selalu tertinggal di area tersebut. Sedimentasi yang cukup tinggi yaitu 100.217,08 m3/tahun menyebabkan terganggunya kapal yang akan berlabuh di dermaga domestik PT TPS. Sistem pompa menggunakan tipe submersible slurry pump dengan menerapkan konsep sand bypassing mobile system dirancang untuk mengurangi sedimentasi pada terminal domestik PT TPS. Pembuangan sedimen menggunakan floating pipe dengan lokasi dumping terletak di darat. Dari ke-enam pilihan sistem pompa, didapatkan sistem yang paling efektif sesuai aspek teknis dan biaya adalah slurry pump 4 (DPF-75BH) dengan kapasitas 192 m3/jam dapat menyelesaikan pengerukan selama 10 minggu sesuai opsi desain keruk 1 yaitu kedalaman -5 meter pada kade 45-120 meter, kedalaman -6 meter pada kade 120-250 meter, kedalaman -8 meter pada kade 250-450 meter, dan slope 1:10. Biaya untuk pengerukan ini sebesar Rp. 5.381.240.235,00. ================================================================================================================== The heavy traffic of ships and the piers structure layout that are perpendicular to the incoming current flow direction are considered less favorable for active piers like PT TPS's domestic pier because sediment is always left in those area. High sedimentation reached 100,217.08 m3 per year causing disruption to ships that would berth at PT TPS's domestic pier. The system uses a submersible slurry pump type by applying the concept of a sand bypassing mobile is proposed to reduce sedimentation in the domestic terminal of PT TPS. Sediment disposal using floating pipes with dumping location located on land. From the six pump system options, the most effective system according to technical and cost aspects is the slurry pump 4 (DPF-75BH) with a capacity 192 m3/hour can complete dredging for 10 weeks according to design option 1 that is -5 meters depth in kade 45-120 meters, -6 meters depth in kade 120-250 meters, -8 meters depth in kade 250-450 meters, and slope 1:10. The required cost for this option is Rp. 5.381.240.235,00.
