Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya zaman, kebutuhan manusia semakin meningkat. Meskipun berbelanja online hanya diujung jari, namun masyarakat menengah kebawah lebih menyukai berbelanja secara offline. Kehadiran LaRisso Department Store di Kecamatan Ambulu disambut baik oleh masyarakat sekitar. Karena letaknya yang strategis, LaRisso Department Store dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengenalkan budaya pada masyarakat sekitar. Sejak diresmikan pada bulan Juni 2011 LaRisso Department Store belum pernah melakukan renovasi besar – besaran. Hal ini sangat dibutuhkan mengingat LaRisso Department Store selalu menambah produk dan fasilitas yang kurang diimbangi dengan customer experience. Maka dari itu konsep yang diangkat pada perancangan ini adalah pengaplikasian mixed retail layout dengan furniture moveable dan penambahan sistem display produk yang dikombinasikan dengan budaya Pendalungan Jember. Konsep tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan customer experience pada LaRisso Department Store. Selain itu, karya Tugas Akhir ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi dalam dunia interior department store di Indonesia ========================================================= As time goes by, human needs are increasing. Even though shopping online is only a fingertip, middle-class people prefer shopping offline. The presence of LaRisso Department Store in Ambulu was welcomed by the surrounding community. Because of its strategic location, LaRisso Department Store can be used as a tool to introduce culture to the surrounding community. Since it was inaugurated in June 2011 LaRisso Department Store has never done a major renovation. This is very much needed considering that LaRisso Department Store always adds products and facilities that are not matched by customer experience. Therefore, the concept raised in this design is the application of mixed retail layouts with moveable furniture and the addition of a product display system that is combined with the Pendalungan Jember. The concept is expected to improve customer experience at LaRisso Department Store. in addition, this final project is expected to be used as a reference in the world of interior department stores in Indonesia
