Abstract

Rumah sakit memiliki proses bisnis yang kompleks dikarenakan pasien rumah sakit memiliki karakteristik yang unik. Rumah Sakit TK. II Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa (MRM) merupakan salah satu rumah sakit umum yang memiliki pasien yang beragam. Pada pelayanan pendaftaran pasien, pasien dibagi berdasarkan pekerjaan dan kepemilikan bantuan jaminan kesehatan. Untuk mengakomodasi hal ini maka diperlukan informasi alur pelayanan pendaftaran yang mudah diterima oleh aspek kognitif manusia dan mudah beradaptasi terhadap perubahan. BPMN merupakan model proses bisnis yang mampu menggambarkan alur proses bisnis yang cukup kompleks secara berurutan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui usability dan maintainability dari model proses bisnis yang dibangun dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat kompleksitas, karakteristik pasien, dan time pressure. Pengujian usability dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS) dan wawancara kepada responden. Pada maintainability dilakukan dengan mengukur Number of Activity (NOA) dan Control-Flow Complexity (CFC) yang terbentuk dari model yang dibangun. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis yang telah dilakukan aspek tingkat kompleksitas, karakteristik pasien, dan time pressure terbukti memberikan pengaruh terhadap waktu respons pasien melalui uji Three way’s ANOVA. Kemudian alternatif model dengan mengimplementasikan elemen branching and merging dan business object merupakan model dengan nilai usability terbaik dengan kategori acceptable dan juga memiliki nilai maintainability terbaik dengan nilai NOA sebesar 11 dan CFC sebesar 8. ================================================================================= Hospitals have complex business processes because hospital patients have unique characteristics. Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa (MRM) is a public hospital level II that has a variety of patients. In patient registration services, patients are divided on the basis of work and ownership of health insurance assistance. To accommodate this, information flow is needed for registration services that are easily accepted by the cognitive aspects of humans and easily adapt to change. BPMN is a business process model that is able to describe the flow of business processes that are quite complex in sequence. This research was conducted to determine the usability and maintainability of the business process model that was built by considering the level of complexity, patient characteristics, and time pressure. Usability testing was carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire and interviews with respondents. Maintainability is done by measuring the Number of Activity (NOA) and Control-Flow Complexity (CFC) formed from the model built. Based on the processing and analysis that have been carried out aspects of the level of complexity, patient characteristics, and time pressure are proven to give impact on patient response time through the Three Way’s ANOVA test. Then the alternative model by implementing branching and merging elements and business objects is the model with the best usability value with acceptable category and also has the best maintainability value with NOA value of 11 and CFC of 8.
