Abstract

PT X merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi kosmetik lokal. Salah satu mesin yang digunakan dalam proses produksi kosmetik adalah mesin filling R-24 A yang digunakan untuk mengisi cairan ke dalam botol-botol kosmetik pada unit produksi cairan kental berupa milk cleanser. Mesin ini sering mengalami kerusakan pada komponen penyusunnya sehingga produktivitas perusahaan terganggu. Hal ini dibuktikan dari target tahunan yang sering tidak tercapai akibat tingginya downtime. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penjadwalan maintenance menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II. Penggunaan RCM II information worksheet dilakukan untuk melakukan failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) dari setiap kegagalan. Selain itu, penggunaan RCM II Decision worksheet juga digunakan untuk menentukan kegiatan pemeliharaan yang tepat. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan interval perawatan sebagai dasar pembuatan kalender penjadwalan maintenance. Hasil dari analisis menggunakan RCM II adalah terdapat 5 komponen dengan kegiatan perawatan scheduled on condition, 2 komponen dengan kegiatan perawatan scheduled restoration task, 2 komponen menggunakan perawatan scheduled on discard task dan 1 komponen dengan kegiatan no scheduled maintenance. Estimasi peningkatan nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness pada mesin filling R-24 A adalah sebesar 7,44% dan efisiensi biaya sebesar 16,63% atau setara dengan Rp. 33.308.442. ============================================================================================== PT X is a company that manufactures local cosmetics. One of the machines used in the cosmetics production process is the R-24 A filling machine which is used to fill liquids into cosmetic bottles in the thick liquid production unit in the form of milk cleanser. This machine is often damaged in its components so that the company's productivity is disrupted. This is evidenced from the annual targets that are often not achieved due to high downtime. This study discusses maintenance scheduling using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II method. The use of RCM II information worksheet is carried out to conduct failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) for each failure. In addition, the use of the RCM II Decision worksheet is also used to determine appropriate maintenance activities. Then do the maintenance interval calculation as a basis for making a maintenance scheduling calendar. The results of the analysis using RCM II are 5 components with scheduled on condition maintenance activities, 2 components with scheduled restoration task maintenance activities, 2 components using scheduled on discard task maintenance and 1 component with no scheduled maintenance activities. The estimated increase in the Overall Equipment Effectiveness value on the R-24 A filling machine is 7.44% and the cost efficiency is 16.63% or equivalent to Rp. 33.308.442.
