Abstract

Pra-desain pabrik Aluminium fluorida (AlF3) didesain menggunakan proses basah dengan mereaksikan bahan baku berupa Asam fluosilikat (H2SiF6) dan Aluminium hidroksida (Al(OH)3) dengan produk utama Aluminium fluorida dan produk samping berupa Silika dioksida (SiO2). Reaksi dijalankan dalam reaktor tangki berpengaduk secara kontinu dan berlangsung secara eksotermis dengan kondisi operasi reaktor 90 °C dan tekanan 1 atm. Aluminium fluorida dipisahkan dari produk samping dengan cara pemisahan sentrifugal kemudian dikristalisasi dalam kristaliser. Kristal Aluminium fluorida trihidrat lalu pisahkan dan didehidrasi pada rotary dryer dengan suhu mencapai 350 °C. Pabrik ini menghasilkan 10.000,0 ton/tahun Aluminium fluorida dan 5.814,0 ton/tahun Silika dioksida. Dibutuhkan bahan baku Asam fluosilikat dengan konsentrasi 18%w sebanyak 59.481,0 ton/tahun dan Aluminium hidroksida sebanyak 10.870,0 ton/tahun. Unit utilitas sebagai unit pendukung menyediakan air, steam, listrik, bahan bakar, udara tekan, dan pengolahan air buangan untuk kelancaran produksi. Kebutuhan air pendingin sebanyak 5055,5 kg/jam, saturated steam sebanyak 1252,8 kg/jam, dan bahan bakar bensin sebanyak 57,0 kg/jam,. Pengawasan kualitas bahan baku dan produk dilakukan di unit laboratorium. Bentuk perusahaan adalah Perseroan Terbatas dengan sistem struktur organisasi line and staff. Sistem kerja karyawan berdasarkan pembagian menurut jam kerja yang terdiri dari karyawan shift dan non shift dengan jumlah karyawan total sebanyak 136 orang. Pabrik ini direncanakan akan didirikan di Kawasan Industri JIIPE (Java Integrated Industrial and Port Estate), kecamatan Manyar, Kabupaten Gresik, provinsi Jawa Timur. dengan luas tanah yang dibutuhkan sebesar 10.000 m2. Pabrik ini beroperasi 330 hari selama 1 tahun. Hasil analisis ekonomi terhadap prarancangan pabrik Aluminium fluorida adalah pabrik ini membutuhkan Fixed Capital Investment sebesar Rp263.033.855.089,52 dan Working Capital sebesar Rp27.929.132,06. Dengan persen Return of Investment sebesar 37,40%. Pay Out Time adalah 5,90 tahun. Break Even Point sebesar 36,32%. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis ekonomi, maka disimpulkan pabrik Aluminium fluorida ini layak untuk didirikan. ======= The pre-design factory of Aluminium fluoride (AlF3) is designed using a wet process by reacting raw materials in the form of Fluosilicic acid (H2SiF6) and Aluminium hydroxide (Al (OH)3) with the main product being Aluminium fluoride and byproducts in the form of Silica dioxide (SiO2). The reaction is carried out in a continuously stirred tank reactor and takes place exothermically with reactor operating conditions of 90°C and a pressure of 1 atm. Aluminium fluoride is separated from the by-product by means of centrifugal separation and then crystallized in a crystallizer. The trihydrate Aluminium fluoride crystals are then separated and dehydrated in a rotary dryer with a temperature of up to 350 ° C. This plant produces 10,000.0 tonnes / year of Aluminium fluoride and 5,814.0 tonnes / year of Silica dioxide. It takes a raw material for fluosilicate acid with a concentration of 18% w as much as 59,481.0 tons / year and Aluminium hydroxide as much as 10,870.0 tons / year. The utility unit as a support unit provides water, steam, electricity, fuel, compressed air, and wastewater treatment for smooth production. The need for cooling water is 5055.5 kg / hour, saturated steam as much as 1252.8 kg / hour, and gasoline as much as 57.0 kg / hour. Supervision of the quality of raw materials and products is carried out in the laboratory unit. The form of the company is a Limited Liability Company with a line and staff organizational structure system. The employee work system is based on a division according to working hours consisting of shift and non-shift employees with a total of 136 employees. This factory is planned to be established in the JIIPE (Java Integrated Industrial and Port Estate) Industrial Zone, Manyar sub-district, Gresik Regency, East Java province. with the required land area of 10,000 m2. This factory operates 330 days for 1 year. The results of the economic analysis on the pre-design of the Aluminium fluoride plant are that this factory requires a Fixed Capital Investment of IDR 263,033,855,089.52 and a Working Capital of IDR 27,929,132.06. With the percentage of Return of Investment of 37.40%. Pay Out Time is 5.90 years. Break Even Point of 36.32%. Based on the calculation of economic analysis, it is concluded that the Aluminium fluoride factory is feasible to be established.
