Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah pengunjung baik domestik maupun mancanegara ke Pulau Bali setiap tahunnya, menunjukkan bahwa pulau ini masih memiliki potensi untuk terus dikembangkan dalam sektor pariwisatanya. Perlu dilakukan penambahan dan perbaikan fasilitas yang menunjang guna menambah kualitas maupun kuantitas pelayanannya. Sektor wisata bahari masih menjadi sektor yang sangat menjanjikan untuk terus dikembangkan. Saat ini di Bali sudah ada beberapa kapal yang mengakomodasi penumpangnya untuk berwisata. Akan tetapi, ketiga kapal ini tidak menyediakan fasilitas yang mempuni seperti restaurant kamar mandi dan bar. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, penulis mendesain kapal layar motor yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik perairan di laut Bali. Kapal layar motor ini di rencanakan akan berlayar selama 3 jam dengan fasilitas dinner cruise, kamar mandi dan berlabuh di sekitar Pulau Nusa Lembongan (Bali). Desain Kapal Layar Motor dilakukan menggunakan metode parental design approach. Dari serangkaian proses desain yang sudah dilakukan, maka didapatkan Lpp = 24,5 m, B = 9,80 m, H = 5 m, T = 2,40 m dengan jumlah penumpang sebanyak 60 dan 7 crew. Setelah di dapatkan ukuran utama ini, dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan Lines Plan, General Arrangement dan desain interior 3D. Untuk estimasi biaya pembangunan kapal sebesar Rp. 11,673,969,833- dengan IRR 36% pada penumpang 70%. ==================================================================================================================== The increasing number of visitors both domestic and foreign to Bali every year, shows that this island still has the potential to continue to be developed in the tourism sector. It is necessary to add and improve supporting facilities in order to increase the quality and quantity of services. The marine tourism sector is still a very promising sector to continue to develop. At present in Bali there are already several ships that accommodate their passengers for day trips. However, these three vessels do not provide in-house facilities such as restaurant bathrooms and bars. Based on this background, the authors designed a motorized sailboat that suits the needs and characteristics of the waters in the Bali sea. This motorboat is planned to sail for 3 hours with dinner cruise, bathroom and anchored facilities around Nusa Lembongan Island (Bali). Sailboat Design is done using the parental design approach. From a series of design processes that have been carried out, we obtain Lpp = 24.5 m, B = 9.80 m, H = 5m, T = 2.40 m with 60 and 7 crew members. After getting the main size, proceed with making Lines Plan, General Arrangement and 3D interior design. Building cost Rp. 11,673,969,833-, IRR 36% for 70% passenger.
