Abstract

Berdasarkan Peta Daerah Terdampak Banjir Kabupaten Tuban oleh Badan Nasional Penangggulangan Bencana (BNPB), Kecamatan Tuban dan Merakurak adalah daerah yang terkena dampak banjir. Banjir ini mengakibatkan terendamnya rumah dan sawah serta terganggunya aktivitas warga. Guna menanggulangi banjir yang terjadi maka dibuatlah sistem pengendalian banjir dengan membangun tampungan berupa long storage, pembangunan tanggul dan normalisasi saluran pada beberapa lokasi di ruas aliran sungai pada hulu Kali Banyulangsih. Debit banjir rencana didesain menggunakan debit rencana 50 tahun, yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode HSS Nakayasu. Dari hasil perhitungan, didapat debit banjir maksimum rencana periode ulang 50 tahun sebesar 77.943 m3/dtk untuk Sub-DAS 1, 66.732 m3/dtk untuk Sub-DAS 2, 12.598 m3/dtk untuk Sub-DAS 3, dan 47.436 m3/dtk untuk Sub-DAS 4. Pembangunan long storage di beberapa lokasi mampu mereduksi debit puncak banjir dari 178.925 m3/dtk menjadi 64.285 m3/dtk (64.285%). Selain itu diperlukan pembangunan tanggul dengan tinggi jagaan sebesar 0.6 m dengan lebar mercu 3 m pada setiap tanggul. =========================================================================== Based on the Map of Flood-Affected Areas in Tuban Regency by the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), Tuban and Merakurak Districts are flood-affected areas. This flood caused the submerging of houses and rice fields and disrupted the activities of residents. To control the flooding that occurred, a flood control system needs to be created by building reservoirs in the form of long storage, construction of embankments and channel normalization at several locations in the river flow section of the upstream of Kali Banyulangsih. The planned flood discharge is designed using a 50-year designed flood, which is determined using the Nakayasu SUH method. As the results, the maximum designed flood discharge for the return period of 50 years is 77.943 m3/s for Sub-Basin 1, 66.732 m3/s for Sub-Basin 2, 12.598 m3/s for Sub-Basin 3, and 47.436 m3/s for Sub-Basin 4. of long storage in several locations can reduce the peak flood discharge from 178.925 m3/s to 64.285 m3/s (64,285%). It is necessary to construct embankments with a freeboard of 0.6 m and 3 m crest width in each embankment.
