Abstract

Kanker paru masih menjadi penyebab terbanyak kematian akibat kanker. Kanker paru di Indonesia menduduki peringkat keempat dari semua kanker yang sering ditemukan di rumah sakit. Pengobatan kanker menggunakan terapi yang bernama Electro-Capacitive Cancer Therapy (ECCT) telah mengundang banyak perhatian medis. Melalui Klinik Penelitian Kanker C-Tech Labs Edwar Technology, ECCT telah diterapkan untuk pengobatan terapeutik kepada lebih dari 11.000 pasien kanker sejak 2012. Faktor resiko dan medis merupakan faktor-faktor yang diduga berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan hidup pasien kanker paru. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode Cox Proportional Hazard yang merupakan salah satu metode analisis survival. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistika deskriptif sebanyak 75% pasien kanker paru mengalami event (meninggal). Hasil pemodelan regresi Cox Proportional Hazard diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa faktor yang signifikan berpengaruh terhadap survival pasien kanker paru di C-Tech Labs Edwar Technology berdasarkan adalah frekuensi monitoring. Setiap penambahan satu kali frekuensi monitoring maka risiko untuk mengalami event (meninggal) akan mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,841 kali.

Lung cancer is still a cause of cancer. Lung cancer in Indonesia is the top rank of cancer that is often found in hospitals. Cancer treatment using a therapy called Electro-Capacitive Cancer Therapy (ECCT) has attracted much medical attention. Through the Edwar Technology C-Tech Labs Cancer Research Clinic, ECCT has implemented therapeutic therapies for more than 11,000 cancer patients since 2012. Risk and medical factors are questionable factors for the survival of cancer patients. In this study, the Cox Proportional Hazard method is used as a survival analysis method. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis as many as 75% of lung cancer patients improve the event (died). The results of the Cox Proportional Hazard regression model obtained conclusions about significant factors related to the survival of lung cancer patients in C-Tech Labs Edwar Technology based on the frequency of monitoring. Every time monitoring is one fold, the risk incurred for the event (death) will be reduced by 0.841 times.
