Abstract

Ketahanan pangan merupakan salah satu topik kompleks yang selalu dibahas di Indonesia dari waktu ke waktu karena berkaitan dengan kondisi terpenuhinya pangan bagi negara sampai dengan perseorangan. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan pemodelan prioritas ketahanan pangan di Indonesia pada wilayah tingkat kabupaten dan tingkat kota secara terpisah menggunakan data yang berasal dari publikasi Food Security and Vulnerability Atlas - FSVA Indonesia tahun 2018. Diketahui bahwa 83% Kabupaten/Kota di Indonesia merupakan daerah tahan pangan, yaitu daerah yang berada pada prioritas 4, 5 dan 6. Untuk hasil pemodelan prioritas ketahanan pangan pada kabupaten di Indonesia, variabel prediktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel respon berupa prioritas ketahanan pangan adalah angka harapan hidup (X1), persentase penduduk miskin (X2), persentase rumah tangga tanpa akses air bersih (X3), persentase rumah tangga tanpa akses listrik (X4), rata-rata lama sekolah perempuan di atas 15 tahun (X5), persentase balita pendek/stunting (X6) dan rasio konsumsi normatif terhadap ketersediaan bersih serelia (X7) dengan ketepatan klasifikasi sebesar 88,94%. Berdasarkan model terbaik untuk prioritas ketahanan pangan pada kota di Indonesia, variabel prediktor yang berpengaruh signifikan ialah X1, X2, X3, X5 dan X6 dengan ketepatan klasifikasi sebesar 88,78%.

Food security is one of the complex topics that regularly discussed in Indonesia from time to time, because it is related to the fulfillment of food for the state up to individuals. In this study, modeling of food security priorities at district and city in Indonesia did separately by using data from the publication of the 2018 Food Security and Vulnerability Atlas (FSVA) in Indonesia. The data showed that 83% of regencies/cities in Indonesia are food security areas, i.e. areas in food security priorities 4, 5 and 6. The result of modeling of food security in districts in Indonesia showed that the predictor variables that significantly influence the response variable in the form of food security priorities are life expectancy (X1), the percentage of poor population (X2), the percentage of households without access to clean water (X3), the percentage of households without access to electricity (X4), the average length of schooling of women over 15 years (X5), the percentage of stunting toddlers (X6) and the ratio of normative consumption to net expenditure of serelia (X7) with an accuracy of the amount of 88.94%. Based on the best model for modeling of food security in cities in Indonesia, the predictor variables that significantly influence the response variable are X1, X2, X3, X5 and X6 with a classification accuracy of 88.78%.
