Abstract

Moto GP Mandalika, yang akan diadakan mulai tahun 2021, bertujuan terutama untuk meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke kawasan P. Lombok dan sekitarnya. Kegiatan ini membutuhkan akomodasi untuk menampung pengunjung yang datang selama pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut. Beragam jenis akomodasi, telah dibangun untuk tujuan tersebut. Tetapi jumlahnya masih belum mencukupi. Padahal, kegiatan Moto GP tersebut berlangsung singkat (3 hari). Jenis akomodasi yang sesuai dengan waktu penyelenggaraan yang singkat tersebut adalah yang bersifat sementara. Salah satu di antaranya adalah akomodasi terapung karena lokasi kegiatan ini yang dekat dengan laut. Oleh karena itu, Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mendesain akomodasi terapung yang dapat menjadi sarana untuk menampung penonton akibat kekurangan akomodasi selama penyelenggaraan Moto GP Mandalika. Metode optimisasi dipakai untuk mencari kapasitas akomodasi terapung yang optimal dengan memperhatikan jumlah wisatawan yang membutuhkan kamar sekelas hotel berbintang 5 (lima). Jumlah kamar yang dibutuhkan tersebut ditentukan dengan Gap Analysis. Hasil ini dipakai untuk merencanakan kapasitas akomodasi terapung, dengan memperhatikan kerugian terkecil pengoperasian. Seusai Moto GP, akomodasi terapung ini akan dioperasikan ke pulau lain yang memiliki kegiatan wisata massal, sehingga akomodasi ini tetap produktif sepanjang tahun selama umur ekonomisnya. Untuk mencari pola operasi yang paling menguntungkan, 2 (dua) skenario digunakan, yaitu, skenario ketika 4 (empat) unit akomodasi terapung dioperasikan dengan rute berbeda, dan skenario ketika masing-masing 2 (dua) unit dioperasikan ke 2 (dua) rute yang berbeda. Skenario pertama terpilih karena memberikan keuntungan lebih besar dari skenario kedua, yaitu Rp 348 Miliar pertahun dengan internal rate of return (IRR) sebesar 49,86% Kata Kunci: Akomodasi Terapung, Gap Analysis, Internal Rate of Return, Moto GP Mandalika, Optimasi ======================================================= The intention of holding Moto GP Mandalika in 2021, is particuraly to increase the number of tourist visit to Lombok Island and its surrounding area. This event requires substantial amount of accomodation for the visitors. Various types of accomodation, have been built for this purpose, however, the capacity is still inadaquate. The duration of Moto GP is relatively short (3 days). Accomodation suitable for this short duration is of temporary type. One of the choice is floating accomodation, because the venue is located near the sea. Therefore, the objective of this Final Project is to design an appropriate floating accomodation for the spectators in order to fulfill the shortage of land accomodation during Moto GP Mandalika. Optimization method is used to find the optimal capacity of the floating accomodation by paying attention to the visitors that needs 5 (five) star rooms. These rooms are predicted by applying Gap Analysis, and are used to design the floating accomodation, by considering the minimum loss from its operation. After Moto GP, this accomodation will be operated to other potential islands that have mass tourism events, keeping it productive throughout its economic life. To obtain the most profitable operating pattern, 2 (two) scenarios are developed, that is, operating 4 (four) different units to different routes, and two sets of accomodation consisting of 2 (two) units each to 2 (two) different routes. The first scenario is selected because it gives higher profit than the second one, i.e., Rp 348 Billion annualy, with internal rate of return (IRR) 49,86%.
